Just a fun fact, Emi and Bonnie has the most age gap ( 6 years ) on all GMMTV BL/GL couple on their roster 😁. I don't wanna spoil anything but the series plot is more accurately adapted in the novel comparing from Us the series that went complete 180 away from the novel itself.
OMG i'm jumping for joy seeing Moonshadow reaction from you guys!!! Can't wait for the first ep on 12 Aug. And i can see you reacted to both videos. The first one is the official trailer that just drop and the second vid was drop back in Nov 2025 when GMMTV did their 2026 lineup announcement, which it's called "pilot" to give the mood and tone of what the series was gonna look like, like a prototype, giving character backgrounds and premises of the show. Nonetheless, based on the girls recent interviews, they said the show will surely be spicy (we know EmiBonnie would do great in this department) >.< Also we knew the director P'Fon, she never reveal a lot in the trailer (just like US the Series) so we are expecting she hides a lot of key plot points from the trailer, hoping this will get reveal in the first EP. We are keen to see the families reveal of both Chan and Key as they casted many prominent thai actors and we expect some drama plots coming from there. And the OST!!!!! :) lots to look forward to for Moonshadow :) can't wait

Yea the speed is crazy like we saw the moonshadow pilot in the 2026 line up on nov 25 last year, they started filming 2 months ago and now it will air in 2 weeks even though they haven’t finished filming all the eps😭🙏

This is a fantastic trailer. A "kept woman" or "kept girl" is one who is financially supported entirely by another person in exchange for being highly available for that person It's a little closer to prostitution than being a "sugar baby" and doesn't imply an age gap. Film is definitely throwing shade by using this term.

True. I think it will continue to get Top 3, which is impressive on its own, but it probably won't win the poll. Same with RollerCoaster. That was gone fast and it was really messy and good.... Smaller companies, with smaller amounts of actors and projects are going to be tricky to win.

Yesss moonshadow! This drop was very unexpected cause ik the director is handling two projects at the same time so I was expecting a September release but I’m glad it’s coming sooner. Just in time for you guys to react! Ditto is tricky to predict now cause ik ML (and NTF) have a fancon coming up soon so my bets is early October and Her early next year as I think GMMTV is gonna drop their other gl lineups before NTFs as the others are more ahead in their production process

I saw the August 12th airing date and screamed lmao 😭 been waiting for some more EmiBonnie since US first came out and we got bits of them in other series as side characters, but now we got another series. Also its funny that Film has now with this series collected Milk, Emi, and Namtan just like Love did 😂
I am super in the dark about Moonshadow, have tried avoiding spoilers from the book but the trailer(the new one) not the pilot/teaser is very interesting. It all makes it seem one way, but then maybe goes a whole other way. The teaser from a few months ago made it seem very straightforward. That Emi's character was rich, Bonnie's was poor and she becomes her sugar baby with Film being the ex that wants to get back with Emi. But this trailer with the whole tattoo part with Key saying "this will help you remember me". Hmm. And Emi asking why Bonnie is with her if she has money and doesn't need to be her sugar baby. Like there is a reason (other than the obvious attraction) why she wants/needs to be close to Emi. Is there a memory thing going on? Film being married, is it with a guy or a girl? Is it Namtan if it is a girl? I mean EmiBonnie were on Girl Rules so it would return the favor and you know GMMTV loves interconnecting actors. This shit is gonna be good. :) So many questions, but I trust the production team from US that is doing this to do an amazing job. Can't wait.
You've probably watched the trailer again by now, but they talk about how Bonnie's character doesn't actually need money, so yeah i think the sugar-baby title is more just about their semi-dominant/submissive relationship than money.
I'm sure someone else will come along with more detailed info later, but to provide a bit more context, the pilot is the video which dropped during GMMTV's 2026 event at the end of last year, and pilots generally don't contain footage from the actual show. So, the trailer which just dropped is more accurate to what the show will actually look like. Pilots are for gathering interest and sponsors for a show, in hopes of increasing the budget, and sometimes the plot can change completely from the pilot to the trailer (this was the case with Us, where the pilot followed the book way more closely, including more toxic characterizations, and the trailer took it in a different direction, giving us the wholesome show we have today). A small thing you can tell changed from pilot to trailer for Moonshadow is the design of Key's (Bonnie) moon tattoo, and there are a few other things as well. Hope this helps! ☺️
This story was a spin-off of My Only Sunshine series; Emi's character is the twin sister of that series main character. The author is a spice writer
Oh for real? That's interesting, i didn't realize. They translated her name as Jan in the series, but that's the character, right? NGL i really wanted My Only Sunshine to be the dark, toxic GL i've been dreaming about, but it ended up as wholesome as every other GL. I was a tiiiiny bit disappointed. 😅 I do love Atom playing dark characters though, Rafah and her character in Love Senior; it was a lot of fun i hope one day they really let her go off the deep end 😂

Moonshadow reactions! Hell yeah! In the new official trailer there are changes and that is very on brand for P'Fon (Director), to surprise us with all this changes to keep us in suspense. One of the biggest changes from the pilot to the official trailer is that now it seems Bonnie and Film's characters are friends that don't know they are talking about the same woman (Emi). I personally think GMMTV was waiting for you too to watch US to be able to release Moonshadow 🤣
