The Apothecary Diaries 1x18 | Edited Reaction

Maomao with that Eren Yeager stank face when Jinshi mentioned Lakan.

[100% NO SPOILERS / SAFE TO READ] Just a cut detail from this episode! In the novel, Maomao actually refers to that sick woman as the "woman with no nose"—because her entire nose had rotted away from syphilis, leaving a deep hole in her face. The anime toned the visuals down by using her hair to cover up the wound, keeping the age rating safe and avoiding it getting too graphic. P.S. Can’t wait for the next episode.
