This episode gave some insights on the current Emperor. When he had his child with Ah-Duo, he was the Crown Prince, not the Emperor. We also find out that he is only interested in women of an appropriate age, so he doesn't have inappropriate dealings with Lishu.

I don't know how far ahead you pre-record, but I'm guessing it's about a week. If you don't like spoilers, I recommend not watching OP2 (episodes 13-24). The safe point to start watching it is from episode 21 onwards. But if you have no problem with that, you can watch it normally.

Basically in the old age, when a queen or a concubine delivers a baby, usually they hire someone they trust to nurse the child, including feeding it. If that person has a child too, they are considered kinda like siblings. So it just mean, they grow up together.
