We’re finally starting One Piece on Netflix! We’ve been getting tons of recommendations to check out the live-action series, especially since we haven’t seen the anime. Going in completely blind feels like it’ll be such a fun experience, and we’re excited to see what all the hype is about with you all.
🪨💚 Four Elements (Earth)
Four Elements (Earth) will be replacing Love Design on the schedule. We do have a couple of episodes to catch up on, but we’re really excited to dive into this mega-series with you all live. We’re also actively working on getting those remaining Love Design specials out to you as soon as possible!
This month is shaping up to be a really fun one, and we can’t wait to experience all of it together. Thank you for being here and supporting us every step of the way. 💜

I'm loving 4 Elements so far, so I'm excited you're reacting to it! AppleMim are a new GL couple but the are doing a lovely job so far! I'd suggest waiting a day after each 4 Elements episode premieres before watching to ensure the subtitles are on point!

Just a suggestion—maybe you could watch the trailer first and then decide if it interests you enough to continue. This might just be my bias speaking, but after seeing you react to peak series like CB, LD, and TLP, I wouldn’t want you to feel disappointed. I’m not saying the series is bad (I’m sure it’ll turn out well, especially since it’s the same director), but after watching Episode 1,tbh it didn’t captivate me enough to feel hooked. I’d also like to suggest checking out trailers for comparatively newer shows like Poisonous Love, Queendom, and The Earth (no need to react to them necessarily) and then deciding which one intrigues you the most. I just don’t want you to be disappointed or for the series to go in the MSZ or Only You direction. That said, whichever series you decide to watch, I’ll be supporting it regardless. I AM watching The Earth and will be supporting the girls—and of course, y’all as well 🫶🙂↕️ And as far as ik, you don't need to watch all the elements for the Air to make sense, I wouldn't say the story is intertwined, the cousins do make appearances in each other's story but that wouldn't make that much difference ig (just saying🌝)
We have our preferences, if MD would like to watch the Earth, please don't discourage them, I've read the book, and The Earth and The Air has the most interesting story, well for me because of the twist if they follow the book, and the action that comes with it. I'm new to AppleMim too but they look promising if you give them a chance, the story has just started, you haven't seen what it has to offer yet. I'm sure MD will survive it, and they would always be honest with their opinion about it which is why most of us is here in Patreon subscribing to them.
Mixed feelings about 4 elements (not you watching it, just the show in general). I was so excited about it, but the English subs are AI generated and kind of garbled. I have a hard time with stuff like that so i haven't been able to finish the episode. I hope it doesn't bother you guys as much, because i know everyone's been looking forward to it! I still get 5 days a week of content i'm watching with you though, i'm so happy!! Maybe even 6 if i decide to check out One Piece!
The subtitles are fixed; they are good now. For the first 5-6 hours, they were bad, but right now they are good; there is no problem. no longer AI

btw - since i see you have a godzilla monsterverse collection, have you considered doing monarch legacy of monsters? season 2 starts at the end of the February and both seasons have relevant content
