Sad to see that Klaus is so low on the votes. It is such a great movie but many people haven't seen it. The animation they did for it is PERFECTION. It is definitely worth the watch if it can come back into rotation
Rise of the Guardians W recommendation 😎😂
I voted for Tokyo Godfather because Satoshi Kon is a anime legend. I really wish more anime reactors would take the time to revisit 90's and early 2000's era anime series and movies. There is so much good reaction material packed into that time period. I don't understand why people aren't curious to explore the genre by going back to those time periods.
You never see anyone react to something like Bubblegum Crisis or Vision of Escaflowne now a days.
Rise of the Guardians is NOT a Christmas movie. Muppet Christmas Carol and Nation Lampoon's are the best options here, IMO
Where is the "Die Hard" Option? It's a Christmas classic! 😁
Tokyo Godfathers is so great, but it's so niche, not many people have seen it so it won't get the votes :(
It's "niche" but that's why its worth watching because it was directed by Satoshi Kon a legend in anime. And yeah most people probably won't vote for it sadly. Of note Satoshi Kon's resume includes his involvement in classic anime films like Patlabor 2: The Movie (a political thriller), Memories (3 short films rolled into one with Magnetic Rose and Stink Bomb being good watches), Perfect Blue (a psychological thriller), Millennium Actress (a drama that is somewhat inspired by the movie Slaughter House 5 a cult classic), and Paprika (a surreal sci-fi fantasy). All of these are very much worth watching. And frankly I wish more reactors would look into 90's and early 2000's era anime series and movies because there are so many great anime's worth watching from that time period that get absolutely ignored by reactors.
Happy that Tokyo Godfathers is on the list, sad bc it will likely not win. RIP Kon Satoshi
Polar Express is so iconic lol. All of my family watches during the holidays.
Rise of the guardians(2012) and The Polar Express(2004)🔥My childhood in different eras❤️😭
I don't think I've seen any of these so I'm here for the ride 🎅
Same 😅
