This is so pretty! My entire Henford-on-Bagley is slowly morphing into (whispers) Downton Abbey. I was just thinking, the only thing missing would be tenant housing, like Tiny Living gone 19th century. In case you feel you just do not have enough items yet. *coughs* As you were, kind sir.

I AM SOOOOO IN LOVE WITH THE ESTATE SET! -- With that being said, I would like to throw out a few ideas about new sets. I would love to see an in-depth take on a lot more of different countries styles. Like: Italy (complete with vineyard), Greece (blue roofs and that architecture), Spain, Germany, Sweden (Denmark, Scandinavia, Norway) (Dutch inspired), African/Egyptian, Australia, India, China, Russia, Mexico... etc. Those would be fun.

YES! Currently making a build with all the estate items and found myself needing rugs. So glad rugs are coming soon!

I’d love to see a dedicated walk-in wardrobe set. I loved the individual clothing pieces you had in Soho so adding more of those pieces to a modular railing system. That would be amazing.

Would you be willing to ever maybe give some insight into your creation and creative process? I tried to learn how to 3D model and recolor but I failed- however, your creations are just so perfect and I’m deeply curious what your process looks like :)

I`d love to see card cabinets (much like the apothecary drawers, but for libraries). I know most libraries now have their catalogues online, but there`s just something about browsing the cards to find the Dewey number for a book you need.

I’d love to see more clutter objects, particularly Waterford Crystal escque bowls, vases, lamps and chandeliers. A good source of inspiration would be auction catalogues, for instance, Sheppards in Ireland for examples of fine Irish and English 18/19th century furnishings

Would you consider updating the stair railing collection for the new stair functions? I understand that might be a lot of work, but just a thought.

There is a catastrophic lack of decorative figures. On the desk, in the hallway, in the living room. Several statuettes of hounds, horses, bears, birds. Ah, just go to the antique shop. A clock on the fireplace or table. All of this must be in the Estate set. Magnificent, pompous bouquets. A porcelain set for the dining room is on display. Perhaps unusual candelabra. The houses are beautiful, but empty.

An addition to the Estate theme could be a built in desk option for the built-ins in part 16 and 17. Can't wait for the stone sink!!!

I love this set so much. Maybe some more sporting inspired stuff. I would love to see something inspired by a gamekeepers cottage. I definitely need to find an ancient Range Rover, and a dog basket for my estate builds.

I've been loving the Estate set, particularly all the below/back of stairs packs; which are sorely lacking in the game. The thing I'd love to see is either silver safe or a gun/rod room; which are staples in a big house, but there is literally no decent cc around to create them.

Thanks to this set, I can finally build my own English dynastic manor👑 I’d love to see more detailed furniture and decor for bedrooms — perhaps even a refined nursery/children’s room. An elegant walk-in wardrobe, a classic study, a winter garden would be a dream. And moreeeee wallpapers and floorings! You're a very talented and best cc maker for me🤍🫂

the estate set is just absolutely gorgeous, if you do ever return to it i think a small study set would be stunning. Objects like an escritoire or a roll top desk would fit so well with your style, with decor like globes, telescopes and clocks xxx

I am so grateful for this set - it is just stunning. Like most people have said - it has made my best builds yet. Being from Scotland, I would LOVE to see an 'Scottish Estate' edition - tartan carpets/rugs/wallpapers, stag heads, barn additions etc. Maybe even a library set, with spiral staircases as decor.

Absolutely amazing set! The entire Estate collection has been wonderful and has helped me create some of my best builds to date. Thank you so much! The only thing I find myself missing in-game are truly opulent sofas: deep, low armrests, plush feather-filled cushions, and castor legs, similar to the Abington or Remy sofas by Rowen & Wren. Thank you again for your creations. They genuinely enrich the game.

I never could imagine that this is exactly what I needed in my game....but is is!!! I see using these pieces creating a flower shop as well as adding to a fabulous Estate house. I am so happy with everything Estate. The only things for me that are really missing in my builds are different curtains with a pattern (maybe one you have already used ;) ) I love your wall textures they are by far the best ever created in the Sims! So more wall treatments and rugs make me so happy. :) I know they are probably boring suggestions but I think would just elevate my Felix homes. I am excited to see what your creative brain comes up with next and you know we will love everything. May I just add 'House of Hackney' as a fabulous brand to look at that you might enjoy. x

Estate has been an absolute gift. Its elevated my gameplay and decor immensely! I am currently doing an oasis springs as santa fe savefile. Have you ever considered any desert chic southwestern world themes for a set? New Mexico is the land of enchantment after all.

Part 18 is shaping up to be another instant favourite (though let's be honest, every part of Estate feels like that 😅). Those apothecary drawers and the stone sink are pure magic! When dreaming of what could make the Estate world feel even more complete and lived-in in the future, my personal wishlist is all about deepening the narrative: 1. A proper study: The true heart of the manor — a massive writing desk, a worn leather armchair, a globe, and that serious, scholarly atmosphere. 2. Servants' quarters: To tell the full story of life upstairs and downstairs — simple single beds, older, utilitarian furniture, and humble textiles. 3. A "Passage of Time" texture kit: This expands on the idea I once mentioned. Imagine textures for century-old dust, mould in different shades, dripping stains, efflorescence, and rust on walls, floors, and ceilings. It would be the ultimate tool for creating "forgotten wing" stories or adding instant, tangible history. Thank you for building this entire world for us. No matter what you explore next, the Estate collection is already iconic 💚

I asked for this a long time ago but I’d love to see a wine cellar set, or cigar room or whatever else would fit into that category. I just feel like some wine racks, cabinets, a wine fridge, maybe some barrels, and cigar displays would really complete the old money luxury vibe.

I really think a child's bedroom (including a toddler and infant bed) would really complete the estate set. It would look really nice if the sims kids bedrooms matched the overall theme and aesthetic of the estate. I love your sets especially this one, but i feel as though it really needs a child themed room!

I would love to see a round dining table for 6 and 8 if supported in game. A floral print reminiscent of country estates for upholstery and drapery. That said, this is one of my favorite cc collections. I admire your dedication to detail and design.

That stone sink 🤤 Would love to see the Estate collection expanded into Dressing Rooms in the future - I’m currently using a mixture of the SoHo, Chateau, Florence and Paris sets for this but an Estate focused pack would really complete the world you’ve created, and finish off the Manor I’ve been building this whole time; think a smaller sideboard/chest of drawers version of the apothecary drawers, marble island/dressing table. Thanks for all your hard work!
