ESTATE Part 17 :)
Happy New Year everyone, and I hope you all enjoyed the holidays.
I’m very happy to share ESTATE Part 17 with you.
As mentioned in the WIP, this month took a slight turn. I initially wanted to focuse on the continuation of the stable interior but this set moves the Estate collection toward a mud room / boot room direction inspired by a 19th-century estate house that I found that has a boot room to die for :D
At the centre of the set is the St. Ponderley cabinet system, designed to read as built-in estate joinery rather than standalone furniture. The tall proportions, restrained detailing, and ladder access hint at long-term storage and everyday order, and the modular design allows the system to run seamlessly across walls.
This set represents the first part of the room, with more elements to follow in the next iteration.
This set is on Early Access and will be available for everyone in March.

Hi! I just wanted to report a possible swatch bug I’m experiencing with multiple Felixandre items. The Orjánic Curtain Short Left & Right show multiple swatches in Build/Buy, but when placed they stay purple with a green headphone icon and don’t change when selecting other swatches with the design tool. I’m also seeing similar behaviour with a Felixandre bed, where swatches appear but won’t apply correctly. I’ve tested this in a clean mods folder and cleared cache, so it seems item-related rather than a game issue. Just wanted to flag it in case a fix is needed, thank you so much for your work and your packs are amazing! 🤍
Hey Amie, thank you so much for the detailed report, make sure if you have a group of items ( for example the curtains come in short, medium and tall wallheight) that you have the entire group in your modsfolder, to safe file space only one of them carries the textures and the others are referencing it. If the item with the textures is missing the weird purple green question mark shows up 🛠️🏛️✨
