ESTATE Part 12 WIP :)
Hey everyone :),
I wanted to give you a little update on what I’m currently working on! From the start of the kitchen set, I knew I wanted to include a table-style island, and I’m really happy with how it turned out. With the right setup in-game, it gives off a true estate vibe, but it also works beautifully in a cosy, more lived-in interior.
I’ve also added a stove hood, a ceiling light, and some classic subway tile walls.
As always, my process is a bit all over the place—I never fully know where the journey will take me, but I’ll keep you posted along the way 😄

how can I download? Love!
Hello! for some reason I cannot access the Estate Part 11 set. I can see the post under your "Popular Posts" but it does not show up on your home feed. I think I have the right membership level, but the post is just not working for me. Could you send me another way to download? Thank you for help in advance!
This is the link for Estate Part 11: https://www.curseforge.com/sims4/build-buy/estate-part-11
I'm so hoping you're adding those half-tile cabinets that are shown on either side of the stove. I'm wanting to put the sink in between two glass cabinets with a window above it, but it looks a bit squished and it's too wide with a whole-tile cabinet on either side. This would be PERFECT! I'm so excited!

This is a WIP ... there is no link so far 😉💚
can't wait T_T
The kitchen island of dreams!
can u please send the linl
!!!!!!!!!! that is all !
The Estate series is nothing short of phenomenal. I’m really impressed with how you’ve kept with this theme and gone outside of the box with other items. I also wondered if you could make a washing machine and dryer, as these estates tend to have utility rooms. It would be so cool if they fit into the fridge nook or under the counters. Regardless, looking forward to this release.
Yayyy I’ve loved diving deep into the Estate theme (still do actually), and it’s so rewarding to hear that the variety is appreciated 😘 Thank you so much for the kind words and thoughtful suggestion — can’t wait to share more with you and keep the washer and dryer in my mind !!
So beautiful! 😍 I can't wait!!! I have a question about some of the mural walls/paneling. When I try to use the Florence Paneling, the Paris Paneling, the Fairylicious Mural walls, the Bafroom marble walls, or the Chateau Chinoiserie, I get the default, trippy rainbow gradient+question mark broken texture. I've tried redownloading/re-extracting the files with the same result. Are the files corrupted? Or are you aware of any mods that might have this effect? All of your other CC works beautifully in-game for me. Thank you so much for all your work!
Are you sure you're using the latest download links everywhere? ... and thank youuuuu 💚

Thank you for being here and for always cheering me on Mehrlich 💖🌹🌹🌹 I'm glad you like my WIP ☺️
Important question: will the cabinets be visible with walls down? I normally never use upper cabinets as you as a player never seen them anyway 🙈 but I would if you could actually see them xD
Great question 🙈 As much as I’d love for them to always be visible, the upper cabinets won’t show with the walls down - that’s actually intentional, since it can get really annoying during gameplay when objects float in midair or block the view. But I totally get the wish 😄💚
Love love love! I am grateful to have creators like you. Thank you for all that you do Felix!
... and I’m grateful to have amazing people like you in this community 😘

This is awesome!!! This reminds me of kitchens designed by deVol kitchens in London, they specialize in furniture style islands. Excited to see the final package!!!!

Gorgeous!

It'll be the first time in my life I use a stove hood in game. I always hated the EA ones hahaha. THIS IS BEAUTIFUL
So honored to be your first stove hood love 😂🥰
So glad you are doing an island! Thank you!
my pleasure 😊🌴🌞🌈
I'm working on building a kitchen with your Estate sets right now and I was going to ask if there was a reason you don't make stove hoods. It really ties everything together. I am so happy to see that a matching one is coming soon! This is going to look so good! It also looks like you added a couple smaller cabinet pieces to fit next to the stove, which I'm excited about!
Ahhh this makes me so happy to hear 🥳🥳🥳 You’re absolutely right - a stove hood really does pull everything together, and it was high on my list to include with this part of the Estate set. I’m so glad it’s something you were hoping for 💚
Your work is the best. The island will go in my kitchen as soon as it’s available.
So happy you’re loving the island - can’t wait for it to find its perfect spot in your kitchen ✨🍽️
Aaaahhhhhh that island! 🤩
🏝️🤩🌴🍹🧉💛
Hi! Genuine question, is it hard to mod the stove so it can works as/like the waffle maker from the Home Chef Hustle pack? Because I haven't see any mod/cc that does this, and this stove is so beautiful! If it's possible and not much of extra work I would love to use that kid of mod/cc from you! Hope this question doesn't bother you, not my intention, love all your cc 🫶🏻🫂
Thank you so much for your kind words - and absolutely no bother at all! 💚 I really appreciate you asking so thoughtfully. Sadly, it’s not that easily possible to mod a stove to function like the waffle maker and not really something I currently do. But I’m so happy you love the stove as it is, and who knows what might be possible in the future 🔮
Love the look of it! Can’t wait!
Can’t wait for you to try it out 😊
I love 💕 the island! Can't wait to download!
💕😍💖💘🥰💞💫
Gorgeous as always
Thank you so much 🥰
