Test out 4K Upscaled!
Happy Labor Day in the US!
Hi everyone, I want to give a 4K version of the game to try out (denoted v0.1.7.2). The game will start only at the Saturday content (waking up, yoga, etc). Understand, some menu stuff is not fixed and the texting function does not work, but I just wanted to get peoples opinion on the general improvement to upscaling to 3840 x 2160 pixels and the integrated denoising. I am also wondering how the dinner scenes look when larger. Does it seem brighter? It looks grainy still, so I think lighting still has to be fixed at the source.
I know it is a small portion, but I don't want to go down this rabbit hole if people are not interested in what even a portion of the game being converted would look like.
Anyways, play with it a bit and yes, I know the user interface is not scaled properly, but I am mostly interested in how you all think the images looked (I have noticed a few things that were distracting).
Thanks for anyone particpating in this experiment. The next post will be a poll as to whether I should convert the game. This conversion is mostly done in the background by just processing the old images.

Really appreciate the upscaling although I would prefer more focus to be on new content if I may say. Really looking forward to the next chapter, any idea when it's coming?
The images look great, so you've got that figured out. Yeah just get the UI looking how it should and you'll be good!
