I am continually amazed at what humanity is capable of doing to each other in the pursuit of money. As a nurse I have to, and as a mother I choose to, believe that people are inherently good and will (most of the time) do the right thing. Unless…. There’s a big cash out. Then it seems you can justify anything. Tale as old as time.
And unfortunately, lots of times even when there ISN’T a big payout! We suck as a species.
