You mean like how do you transfer your Saves from Chapter 1 to Chapter 2? You can try to use SYNC. If you're using default saves, you have two options: 1. use zarchive app to copy the saves to android/data/independenthorizonschapterii 2. or use a laptop/pc to transfer the saves to you saves folder
I play the game on pc and have the same problem

Hello! May I know what is your problem? Did you use YOUR own Saved File? You have to update your chapter 1 first. After updating, you have to load your save file and save it again. Make sure the screen is black when you save it. So if you have to load it in Chapter II, if you rename it as chapter-1-LT1.save but still not working or it still can't find your saved file, try to rename as 2-1-LT1.save and load it manually in your LOAD PAGE.
