3DL Gecko

The geckos have arrived!

This little guy is a fully articulated print-in-place style gecko designed to be an easy, fun print with lots of movement and personality. He prints with NO supports and assembles in 3 simple parts:

• Head

• Body

• Tail

After designing the removable tail system for the Snap Turtle, I immediately knew I had to make something that could actually use the feature naturally… and a gecko was the perfect choice. So yes — the tail is fully removable just like a real gecko!

The body has smooth articulation all the way through, making him extra wiggly and satisfying to pose on desks, shelves, monitors, and printer setups.

I can already tell I’m going to end up making more gecko variations later. Different species, crests, chunky tails… this little dude opened a dangerous door.
