📌 Important: Discord is the fastest and most reliable way to reach me. Patreon messages do not always notify me consistently, so things can easily be missed there.

🛠️ 1. Can’t Place a Build?

No worries — this is a super common one!

✨ Most empty lots default to Residential.
If you’re placing one of my apartments, you must change the lot type to:

➡️ Residential Rental

before placing the build.
If the lot type doesn’t match, the build will not place correctly.

👀 2. Can’t See the Build in Your Game?

Please double-check the following:

✅ “Include Custom Content” is checked in Gallery settings
✅ ALL Tray files are placed in your Tray folder (not just some of them)
✅ Files are in the correct folder path — even small misplacements matter

💾 $18.50 Tier — Full CC Folder
(Updated every 1–2 months)

• 60–80GB+ Custom Content folder
• Clothing, hair, shoes, accessories, skins, presets, sliders, and more
• Organized by creator for easy navigation
• Thousands of CC items

⚠️ Important:
• This folder contains Custom Content only (no gameplay mods)
• Mods that require frequent updates are not included

• You may cancel or switch membership after downloading

• No refunds if you forget to cancel or switch tiers, i mention it everywhere.

📦 ZIP FILE ISSUES (IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ)

If you download a file and it says the ZIP folder is empty, corrupted, or won’t extract properly, this is usually not a broken file.

🚫 Do NOT extract ZIP files directly into your Mods folder.
This is the #1 cause of “empty” or “corrupted” file messages.

✅ Correct Way to Extract Files

1️⃣ Download the ZIP file
2️⃣ Extract it to your Desktop or Downloads folder first
3️⃣ Open the extracted folder and confirm the files are there
4️⃣ Then move the files into the correct Sims folders:
