Schedule School Events 1.1: Prom, Exams, Career Day and Party Before Prom (Preview)

So what's new?
Taking exam fix
Sometimes a sim attended ordinary class instead of taking an exam so I fixed it. However, you may see 'Attend Class_Name' during the afternoon goals. I'm not sure yet why this goal is displayed instead of 'Take Exam' but the 'Take Exam' interaction runs during class and the exam performance is calculated correctly. So don't worry about it.
Set up 'Prom is Near' period
With this mod, school events are only scheduled on holiday mornings. Because of this, the game can't calculate how many days are left before prom, which is why there were no interactions like asking someone to prom or creating a promposal sign.
But now you can click on a sim and find the 'Prom Near On/Off' interactions in the High School category.
This interaction allows all teens in your household to perform prom related actions.
If you switch to another one, then run this interaction too. Obviously, use the 'Prom Near Off' interaction to disable interactions.
During the Prom holiday, all teens automatically receive the Prom Near On status in case you forgot to set it up earlier. The Toggle is disabled during this holiday to prevent bugs. Once the holiday ends, you'll be able to toggle the Prom Near status again.
If you switch to another household, the previous one will not be cleared from the utilities, and teens won't receive the Prom Near status automatically at the next Prom holiday. Don't worry, using the "Prom Near On/Off" interaction clears the utilities as well.
Scheduling Party Before Prom
In the previous version, the party with the other teens didn't happen before prom. To fix that, I added one more tradition: Party Before Prom. As usual, it starts at around 4 p.m.
You can combine this tradition with others as you wish; there is no conflict. You don't have to hold the party and prom on the same day.
Attention
Please keep in mind that the prom and party won't start instantly, as they would without the mod. You'll receive an invitation within an hour, but the event will last as long as usual. It's just a limitation of scheduled events.

It looks like a lot of files might conflict, but it's actually specific files, so there aren't that many mods that might conflict.
It conflicts with mods that turn off notifications but most of them turn off Sport Day messages. With Zerbu's mod you don't need it, though.
It doesn't conflict with Education Overhaul and Dynamic Teen Life by Adeepindigo, Go to School and Schedule Festivals Yourself by Zerbu, Career Day Overhaul by Ilkavelle. Most likely it will conflict just with other mods implementing the same behaviour.

Is this compatible with the current patch? They claim to have fixed the “prom” not showing up issue.
Yes, it is. I know that, at least, some players still face this issue. I'm not quite sure what exactly they've changed in the scripts, but the XML tuning (which I modify in this mod) is the same. Well, they also 'fixed' the rent bills :D
the “Party Before Prom” worked perfect for me, but “Prom” itself didn’t work (i had Prom Near On turned on as well). it didn’t trigger a pop-up asking to travel to prom, the pre-prom party finished and nothing. do i need to travel to the auditorium or trigger a function myself for it to work?
No, you don't need. The prom starts within an hour, from 7 PM to 8 PM, itself. If it didn't happen, you probably have a conflict, or the EA bug. Try to test without all mods besides MCCC and this one.
will this be updated? I got an exception with this mod but I love it and need it in my game :(
It's compatible with all latest patches if you installed the 1.1 version
I turned "Prom near" on a few days before my scheduled prom, I had my sim make a promposal sign, she did the promposal, it was accepted, it displayed "Prom Date" in the relationship panel, all as expected. But then the morning of Prom at 6am when the "holiday" started, the relationship panel no longer showed "Prom Date" or the sentiments related to the promposal sign, replaced by the sentiment "Resentful About No Prom Invite" on both sims.
Should be the EA bug, the mod doesn't affect the process of promposal itself
HI, after i put the mod in my game my sim isn't able to do their homework anymore. Did i do something wrong? i'm not sure if i maybe downloaded it wrong as it's causing my game to glitch during gameplay.
i also don't have the option to add the "pre prom party" as a holiday
Hi, Ive left a message on here before for another mod and never got a response. I hope to hear back on this one because I genuinely love your mods. I downloaded this one and everything has been working except the going to prom and being asked to hangout before prom. I do have a mod that extends prom longer and wanted to know if that could be a possible conflict of why prom wasn't being triggered? If not, would you be able to to give me any other idea why prom wouldn't trigger? Thank you again for all your hard work!
Hi! Didn't see your comment, can you write it again? Sometimes Patreon doesn't send me notifications. As for this mod, it doesn't have conflicts with the longer prom mods. Can you describe how do you set up the party and the prom? And test it please with only this mod and MCCC. I just checked the mod and it works correctly.
