I've been working hard to create something really good to share with you. This is my most ambitious release yet, so I hope it was worth the wait!
ITALIA is a custom cc 'game pack' that transforms Tartosa into a beautiful Italian-inspired destination! Tartosa is my favourite world in the game, but I feel like it never gets any love because everyone hates My Wedding Stories. I want to help you fall in love with the beauty of Tartosa! Don't worry if you don't have My Wedding Stories, there's plenty of base-game friendly items for you as well. There is A LOT of stuff in this pack (around 125 items), so I'll only highlight some of the noteworthy things included.
Tartosa world override with new world lighting, buildings, trees, streetlights, functional objects, marketstalls, and decor.
New food & drinks (gelato, pasta, pizza, wine, and coffee!)
New custom-tuned functional objects to elevate your gameplay.
NEW FUNCTIONAL OBJECTS (custom tuning)
Souvenir Stand | Purchase from a curated selection of art & objects. Includes items that are difficult to obtain in-game, as well as cc from two of my favourite creators bbygyal 123andPierisim. CC items will only show up in the shop if you already have the files in your Mods folder, so please check out their work if you haven't already! Sims can also purchase wearable souvenir t-shirts and baseball caps.
Gelato Stand | Purchase gelato, ice cream, and drinks.
Beach Stand | Purchase beach stuff, drinks, snacks, and souvenirs.
Coffee Stand | Purchase coffee and snacks
MORE NEW FUNCTIONAL OBJECTS (custom tuning)
Picnic Blanket | Sit, eat, gaze at the sky, and even bathe in the moonlight. *DLC interactions require their respective packs (Lovestruck, Life & Death)
Beach Bathroom | Using this outdoor bathroom costs 1§ and restores hygiene & bladder without the uncomfy public bathroom buffs.
Beach Bag | Works like a dresser to change outfit on-the-go.
Cooler Bag | Stock with drinks & snacks. Functions like a picnic basket on blankets and picnic tables. Helps keep food fresh and fixes the picnic basket inventory to store up to 99 food anddrink items.
Stovetop Moka Pot | Brew a quick pot of espresso from the countertop or stovetop.

Park Fountain | Toss a coin in the fountain and have a seat. The XL version also spawns butterflies.
Drinking Fountain | Wash hands or grab a drink of water with the infinitely refillable water bottle.
Nectar Bottle | Pour a glass of nectar. Includes 7 new nectar drinks and new custom buffs.
Classic Pool Float | Please download my mod Better Pool Floats for the best experience.
Restaurant | Call a waiter to serve a curated menu of food & drinks. Sims in a rush can also order to-go (without a waiter).

Hi! Just to clarify, you know the food cannot be made by sims at home correct? It can only be ordered from my custom objects ( the restaurant shell or cooler bag etc)

I love it, but there are interactions I can't do because they come up blank. I don't know if it's because I have the game in Spanish and the mod is in English.

I haven’t noticed any issues yet but you may need to reinstall the world files since sometimes updates reset them to the default version

Hello! I have dowloaded your mod to no avail! I follow the instructions step by step and nothing changes. There are also three original files for Tartosa, Rural, village and forest. And there are only two files of your mod, coastal and inland. Do we keep the village one as well? And on the delta folder there are GP11 and EP11 folders. Do I only replace the files on the GP11 and leave the OG ones in the EP11? Please advise. Thank you!

Hi, please read all the instructions very carefully, they are very specific. GP = game pack and EP = expansion pack. Wedding Stories is the 11th game pack. This has nothing to do with EP11 (cottage living) If you need help troubleshooting, please send a direct message. Thanks!

Hi! I think the coffecart pitcher file is applying it's texture to other objects, a lot of them glass or plastic objects. Just wanted to mention in case other people have this issue.

Please check the update (from yesterday) this issue has already been fixed. Make sure to delete your localthumbcache since the texture may be cached.

I looove this mod, but the order food at the restaurant is causing issues with me. She reads through the menu, but nothing happens, no pop up. Better exception had issues with the restaurant. Also, I cant build or play in taratosa. Other than that, its perfect!!

I'm noticing in the tray importer that conflicts were found in the restaurant recipes and tuning, is it okay it delete them?

It’s ok to delete the recipes if you don’t want the custom food and drinks. The only “conflict” is shared string ids. In my experience, such “conflicts” are not an issue. Is it causing any actual problem for you?

Hello Lijoue! Thank you SM for this absolutely beautiful mod. I ran into the issue of somehow having two Tartosa's in my game....do you have an idea where I went wrong and how I could fix it? I replaced the .world files in both the GP11 folder and the GP11 folder in the "delta" folder.

The functional sunscreen here doesn’t override the original animation/prop, so it shouldn’t conflict with any sunscreen override you have (I have the override by LargeTayterTots) My functional sunscreen adds new interactions that function independently from sunbathing.

Hi Lijoue! This looks amazing. A lot of beautiful work here as usal from you. I am going to test it right now! Just wanted to ask because from your previous CC Packs I have: Lijoue_DrinkLimonata (new file: ITALIA_Drink_Limonata) Lijoue_DrinkWaterBottle (new file: ITALIA_Drink_WaterBottle). My Mod Assistant recognizes them as duplicates. Should I delete the previous ones and leave only the files from ITALIA pack? I am sorry. I might be like a pain in the *** but needed to ask!
