NFL - Trading Update

Hey guys! Happy new year, its time for the first Mod update of the year and its for the NFL mod!

This update brings being Traded into another team and requesting for a trade to another team into the NFL gameplay! Due to the change, when you enter the career, it will say you have joined the NFL career then your sim randomly gets put into a NFL Team.

For those of you that have been playing with the mod, you can find the new teams in the NFL Cheats

Anything else career wise stays the same!

Once you have selected your Sim's team, the trading gameplay starts!

Request for a Trade

To request for a trade, you can find the interaction when you talk to your Agent. On your Agent, you will find the 'Discuss Trade Offers' option and a request will be granted depending on your sim's performance at work.

Sims who are just in level 1-2 of the career won't be able to get a trade requested, no matter how well your career performance is. This is due to the fact that your sim hasn't made a name for themselves yet!

Sims in Career Level 3 upwards and great work performance will get positive responses from their agent which will trigger phone calls from other teams.

Please note; If a team calls you and you decline, please don't worry. Other teams will call you! You do not need to say yes to the first team!

If you accept the trade, your Sim will automatically be moved to the new team and the calls will stop until you request again from your agent.

Automatic Trade

Another type of trade is an automatic one that will applicable to every career level except the NFL Legend level and this one is triggered when your sim has a poor performance level. The call will come from your assistant (so make sure you have hired an assistant!!).

(Press cancel if you don't want this). Once you select Okay, your sim will automatically be moved to another team. There is a cooldown to make sure this doesn't happen too often!

Once the auto trade has happened, your sim will be demoted one level!

Press Conference!

Whether your sim was automatically traded or requested a trade, once they have moved unto their new team, they will be able to have a semi-active Press Conference (found on phone -> Sports career - NFL)

New Milestone & Computer Interaction

Every time your sims gets traded, they will get a new milestone. Also if you want to check if your sim will get traded either automatically or through requests, there is a new computer interaction called ' Check Trade Rumors' under Career - NFL.
