920 Medina Studios [Save File Build]

Hey lovelies,

I renovated 920 Medina Studios, and lowkey loved how it turned out. It has 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom and it's fully furnished. I kept the bedrooms minimal on purpose, figured you guys can add your own little vibe to them.

Even though I'm adding this to my save file, I added some Christmas decor here and there, nothing too crazy, just enough to give it that cozy seasonal feel.

When I was building this apartment, I imagined this for a small sim family who had their first baby. The dad works as a Wealth Manager at an investment firm (working his way up to a Wealth Advisor role), and the mom is a stay-at-home student, finishing school while taking care of a little one. Their families live close by and are super involved, so it just right to make the space warm and homey, like they're settling in while saving up to eventually move into something bigger.

Save File Recap:

If you missed my initial post, I’m making one big save that includes all the worlds I own (the only one I don’t have is from that one game pack who shall not be named). I’m moving almost all of my Sims in, keeping some of the existing ones, and creating new ones too. I just want to give the worlds some love, new and old stories, and fresh builds. It’s a big project (I’m a little overwhelmed, not gonna lie lol), but I’m having so much fun with it, especially working on it with some of my moots.

For each world, I’m trying to build at least 2–3 lots myself and then fill in the rest with amazing community builds. San Myshuno, I might do all the apartments. It'll be a mixture of cc & no cc apartments.

I am currently working in 3 worlds right now, Newcrest, Magnolia Promenade & San Myshuno. I'll be bouncing between worlds, just an FYI.

When I am all done (I don't have a set time) I will be sharing it.

💖 I just want to say how much I enjoy sharing my Sims 4 builds with you all. Here are a few things to keep in mind:

CC Heavy Builds: Some of my houses use a lot of custom content (CC), which might cause lag in your game. I am not responsible for any issues you might run into!
YouTube Tutorials: I’ve got a YouTube video for each build explaining how to place them in your mods folder. & there are instructions below. Please check that out—it’ll save us both time! (please see above)
CC Lists: I’m working on including item lists for each build, but generating these can take a while, especially if there’s a lot of CC. So, you might not get a list every time.
Paywall CC: If any CC is behind paywalls, more than likely it won’t be included in the download. Just a heads up!
Gallery Shells: If you want to get creative, I’ll post the shells in the gallery under the username ulovebonnie. Feel free to decorate them however you like!
Missing CC: If I post my CC builds to the gallery, you might not get everything in the apartment unless you have the CC I used.
Patience is Key: I’ve got a 9-5, create Sims 4 content, and go live up to 4 days a week. I’m doing my best to get these builds out at a decent pace🤍

Play test the build before sorting out the CC.
There are some merged files. To unmerge them use Sims4Studio.
