Surprise Surprise :),
I never shared something throughout the month, but I procrastinated on this idea and didn't manage to create it for either Soho Part 3 or the book lounge. And believe me, it will not fit into next month's content either, so I decided to work on a little Shopfront set and would like to share it with you now.
The Prada Store in Soho, across from the Mercer Hotel, has inspired the windows, doors, and friese. This set has 24 items, six doors, nine modular trim pieces, and nine modular Shop Windows. There are items for all three wall heights, and they come in my usual color palette. I recommend using the move objects cheat and quarter tile placement for the most flexibility.
Finally, the Soho Exterior is complete. Items for the ground floor were always missing when I tried to build something :D

hey the mod wont load in game and im a little lost could anyone help?
really disappointed with the spacing on the trim.. usually everything felix makes is spaced perfectly but for some reason none of the curves snap to fit around curves in doors/windows and you have to do a lot of manual placing and overlapping to fit properly. and the columns do not snap to grid to fit under curves like in the pic either, you have to manually place them as well. Edit: nvm turns out I'm just dumb 🥲
Don't be disappointed, if you use ctrl + F5 you unlock quarter tile placement in the game and everything snaps into place as it is meant to do :)
But this is just for members dear. This set should not be under paywall till now
It's available on their curse forge. I think they just forgot to update the link.
nvm guys i figured it out. when you look at all the downloads, instead of clicking the big download button, click the gray text in the center saying "shop front build items." Then it lets u download :) I hope this makes sense

Its the 24th of April today, i see some people claiming its up for download on curseforge and Felixandre liking their comment. However, i can't seem to find it anywhere. April is almost over i wonder when it will be up for download

The download link is still behind the paywall and hasn't been added anywhere else. There is not and has not been anything on Curseforge for this part of the set. The creator has not released it as of 4/23 at 11:23AM PST.

you have to open the post in a window and then hit dowload. downloading from just the list on his cursforge is funky

It's not though...? I even checked when I saw your comment posted and have checked periodically throughout yesterday and this morning on Curseforge and it isn't there. Since it's now April 15th, halfway through the month already, I would think it would be coming out soon. But who knows, it very well could be June before it becomes public. Don't hold your breath on the release schedule. Your comment was also "liked" by the creator since I looked yesterday so I'm a little confused why the creator liked it when it isn't up yet...
