Mod Features

The first version of this mod included 10 interactions that had buffs and sentiments. This new version includes 4 new traits that each come with 5 interactions, trust system, ultimatums, apologies. As always there's buffs, sentiments & notifications. Remember to delete the old version.

How does it work?

Assign Your Sim A Trait

Make sure to have already in your folder a copy of GenPie Menu, if you don't you won't be able to assign your sims a trait. To assign your sim a trait, you will click on your sim, go to actions, select annasiims mods and choose Lines & Limits.

Traits

Each trait gets 5 interactions. If your sim doesn't have a trait assigned, there's a possibility of self discovering one of these traits the more you use the interactions of this mod

Fearful :

This sim deep down wants love but when it gets real, they panic. They overthink, assume the worse or pull away before they can get hurt. Things could be going good and they'll still find a way to complicate things

• Confess being scared

• Talk about trust

• Bring up past mistakes

• Question their motives

• Pick a fight over nothing

Detached

In relationships, this sim doesn't always play fair. They know how to change the narrative, avoid accountability or make their partner question what really happened

• Downplay feelings

• Twist their words

• Turn the blame on them

• Open up about something personal

• Take accountability

Insecure

This sim craves reassurance very often in their relationships. They tend to overthink every single thing and become clingy without realizing it

• Ask for reassurance

• Talk about feeling insecure

• Ask if everything is okay

• Express fear of losing them

• Express how much they mean to you

Secure

This sim knows how to communicate and don't need constant reassurance to feel valued. They know who they are and they don't shrink themselves to make relationships work

• Validate their feelings

• Admit you were wrong

• Reassure

• Express needs

• Suggest a compromise

Self Discovery : Trait

There's a possibility for your sim getting a self discovery trait even if they have a trait assigned to them, maybe they have the fearful trait but self discover they're secure now, get it? lol. When you age up your teens to young adults, they will get one of these traits assigned to them randomly. If you don't like the trait, you can click on them> actions>annasiims mods and choose Lines & Limits.

Trust System

READ CAREFULLY

Under the Relationship Category > Change Relationship. You will see an interaction called "I trust you" and "I don't trust you". This interaction will "activate" the trust system. If you use the "I trust you" this will assign your trust level towards the other sim 100%. If you use the "I don't trust you" it will assign your trust level towards the other sim 10%. Here's the levels of trust:

• 100% | 90% | 70% - Trusts ___

• 50 - Barely Trusts ___

• 10% | 20% - Doesn’t Trust ___

Once you have decided if you will use "I trust you" or "I don't trust you" this will lead you to a pop up will multiple choices, this will assign the other sim the trust level towards your sim. You can choose it or even better let fate decide.

How Does Trust Go Down?

Trust goes down depending how many times and how "hurtful" they any of the interactions in this mod to be. Trust level matters when it comes to your Sim apologizing for crossing a line. Trust also sometimes matters in ultimatums. At any given time their trust level drop significantly, you will get a notification. and the sims trait. IF you want trust to drop immediately for storytelling purposes, there's some interactions available for that.

Depending on their trust level, depends the interactions they will have available:

• Trust is at 10% will unlock "I think I'm willing to trust you again" which this interaction will make your trust increase to 20%

• Trust is at 20% will unlock "You are slowly earning my trust back" which this interaction will make your trust increase to 50%

• Trust is at 50% will you’ll unlock “You have earned my trust back” which raises it to 100%

• Trust is at 100-70% will unlock "I can barely trust you” which this interaction will make your trust decrease to 50% and “I don’t trust you anymore” will decrease it to 10%

If your sim partner don't trust them when you click on them you will have these interactions unlocked:

• Be Honest

• Complain about lack of trust

• Ask where we at with trust

• Ask for another chance

How Does Trust Go Up?

For now, you’ll need to have your sim use the "Be Honest" interaction a couple of times, and a pop-up should appear asking whether you want the trust level to raise or remain the same OR you can decide when it happens by using the interactions (like “I’m willing to…”). “Be honest” is a temporary remedy until I finish the couples therapy add on for this mod

Give An Ultimatum

You can now give your sims ultimatums. This interaction is located under Relationships > Change Relationship. You can choose what will happen if they don't agree to that ultimatum, you can break up with them or take a break! even better there's a let fate decide option.

SOME ultimatums the decision comes down to their preferences, but if you don't have these preferences set up or own the mod which these preferences come from, you don't need to worry. It will then fall on a 50/50 chance! I'll mention which ones are set up with the preference's in case you want to set them up.

• Choose Between Us

• Define Relationship: This ultimatum is compatible with my Ready Or Not 2.0 traits (wants a relationship/ wants to stay single/unsure)

• Moving In Together: This ultimatum is compatible with my ready or not 2.0 mod with the dating preferences : Living Situation. If they do agree, they will move in together.

• Future Plans: This ultimatum is compatible with my Ready Or Not 2.0 mod with the dating preferences : Marriage Beliefs and also compatible with the traits of the Ever After Mod by thatssojordy. If your sim isn't even entertaining the idea of getting married, then this ultimatum won't be available for them.

Apologies

When your sim uses any interaction from "Cross A Line" they can now apologize to their partner. Located under Deep Thoughts. The apology depends on their trait, if your sim doesn't have a trait it will just show up as "I'm sorry".

Also for storytelling purposes, if a family member or their best friend is around, they will unlock an interaction "Call out toxic behavior". Located under Mean>Malicious. The sim who receives the mean interaction will also unlock an interaction "Express being hurt over partner being toxic" to talk about friends/family about said sim who crossed a line with them.Located under Deep Thoughts. These options will be available for how long the buff the get from the interaction lasts (4 hours). They may forgive you or not depending on their trust level towards your sim (if you have set that up, if not then chance falls on 50/50). So in conclusion these are the interactions:

• Apologize

• Call Out Toxic Behavior

• Express being hurt over partner being toxic

OG Interactions

You can access these interactions with sims who you have a romance bar with. The romance bar can be positive or negative, it really doesn't matter. These interactions will affect your relationship with a sim. (expect positive or negative outcomes). Set Boundary pie menu is located in the Romance Category and Cross a Line in Mean Category
