Edge UI 0.43 Test

Pretty minor update. Just for testing purposes.
Changelog:

1. New Favorites menu (only non-extended for the moment)

2. MoreHUD with working Preset (Load Edge UI via papyrusUtil)

3. Minor text adjustments for the loading screen (you can skip the loadingmenu.swf if you're not using it)

4. Minor tweaks to the left side of systems menu

Installation: merge or overwrite version 0.42

If the preset isnt showing in MCM - make sure nothing overwrites your papyrisutil files (simple knock and campfire love doing that)
