Update on my inactivity (TL:DR GPU DIED)

Hello folks! Longread warning.

First of, sorry for the lack of updates lately.

As some of you may know from my discord, I had a break from modding till the middle of November 2024, and after that I've started to dig the UI process more seriously and studied some basic motion design, UI animations and UI sound effects. From January, I started to work on 3 different UI projects (ARPG-like, Oblivion-like classic and a Full Modern UI). In mid January, I have decided to revisited OG Edge UI, to once and for all fix all the small bugs and misalignments reported, improving the text readibility and making the color-scheme more monochrome as per popular demand, as well as some optional addons, such as custom color themes, the OG Tweenmenu, Player bars and Inventory.

Then, around 18th of January, my screen started to show some artifacts, after which running any 3D application resulted in PC freezing and GPU drivers crashing, so I took my GPU to a repair shop near by for diagnostics. After around two weeks, they returned me the GPU in the same state untested, explaining that they did not have a PSU that supports a 4090 (Well, thanks for wasting my time I guess) After that and since today, the GPU was in another repair shop, and today they diagnosted that the memory chip is dead. To top it all of, they accidenttaly flashed the secondary ssd with all my projects, while reinstalling Windows for diagnostic purposes.

Honestly, I feel like a mashed potato right know, and dont know how to feel about all this.
This happened in the worst fucking time possible, because A) I have appartment renovation planned in March, 2) The GPU market is something beyond absurd, the very RTX 4090 that I've bought for 2000 Euro a year ago, costs around 3000 right now in Latvia, and the 50x series are beyond instinct here.

Anyway, I'm gonna receive my PC back closer to this weekend and will start to save for a new GPU, as I can complain all I want, but shit happens.

In the meantime, I have my work laptop available, so I will slowly start to pick up where I've left, so altho it will be delayed, expect:
1) Finished Version of Edge UI 1 with customization options
2) Reskins of highly requested 3rd party mods by JPSteel (Quest Journal Overhaul, Tween Menu Overhaul and some future projects by him) and other author works.
3) Colaboration mods with other amazing mod authors.

As for the 3 New UI's, as soon as I have a proper GPU, I will do my best to catch up with their development as well.
