Why “Think big” is a terrible advice
Hey, Crash here!
I want to talk about one piece of advice that I think does so much damage to beginners: “think big”.
It sounds cool on paper. But here’s what actually happens.
There’s a LOT of things you want to make. A game, an OC, an animation, all of it.
And when you open Blender, Photoshop, or whatever, it’s it creates a overwhelming gap that stops you from starting anything, or makes you abandon projects halfway through.
My solution is simple: do the small things, one at a time!
That’s how I built the Low Poly Character course. Most lessons are 10-20 minute episodes, and every episode ends with a clear result: The character’s head, the hair, a foot, etc.
You get the thing done, and either you’re motivated enough to press play on the next one, or you’re happy enough to log off and get on with your day.
Both are fine! You achieved something, even if it only took 20 minutes.
If you’re down to finally finish something, the full course is on sale for only a few more days!
Over 7,000 students have already joined, most of them with little or no Blender experience:

P.S. I’ve just added a ton of new exclusive lessons this week, so if you have fun creating Love-chan, you can just keep going for as long as you want~
One small thing at a time! c:
