Crazy fun fact- If you’ve looked carefully at ANY low-poly characters, you’ll notice that most of them don’t have any fingers! 😨

But how and why?!

It’s a LOT more noticeable if you turn off the texture, because then it looks just like a mitten!

But the reason why many artists avoid sculpting the fingers is often because the low-poly count on the models.

Which makes trying to model 5 fingers sometimes result in very stiff and spindly looking fingers (ᵕ⸝⸝• ᴗ •)

So that’s why we often rely on the TEXTURE to give the illusion that the model has hands. Even my low-poly love-chan uses this technique! :3
