Those are both great reads. I’ve been watching the anime, A Mangaka’s Weirdly Wonderful Workplace, and episode 12 has a cameo scene with Kanon from The Moon on a Rainy Night. The anime MC sees Kanon having trouble communicating, realizes it’s due to hearing issues, and intervenes. It’s warmhearted and powerful. Turns out the anime’s manga has the same author as The Moon on a Rainy Night.

Mmhmm, yes I just caught up with a series where a princess is in a time loop that keeps ending with her death and eventually her only solution is to seduce the women who're behind her various deaths.
I'm looking both of those up!! Always looking for more yuri.
Me after reading Stop!! Hibari-Kun, yuri, magical girls, and romantic comedy anime.
Thanks for the recommendation, just finished the first volume Stop! Hibiri-kun! has a lot of heart and the cartooning is first rate. Some of the humor hasn't aged well, but overall the romance is delightful.
*sigh* That mixture of joy and melancholy when you reach the end of something you've truly loved and realize: Awww... I can never experience it for the first time twice. But I'm still glad I got to see it anyway.
... And "The Moon on a rainy night" is, yeah, wow thank you for pointing out that gem!

I binged My Dear Lass over the last couple of weeks. It's beautiful in so many ways, the watercolor art, the characters, and an optimistic look into life in rural China.
