888 Spire Apartments RENO by simmerstephh 🌆
Hey my loves! I’m so excited to share a new 2BD/3BA apartment that I decorated. Just a quick heads-up: the apartment has separate floors, so MAKE SURE to download the tray files (16) for each floor linked below. They go into your tray folder. This is the most complicated lot I've ever had to upload so my apologies for any bit of confusion!
PLEASE READ!: Once you've downloaded it properly, you should see 4 rooms in your library in the gallery named; [SS] 888 Level 1 K,BR,LR | [SS] 888Spire Level 2 | [SS] 888Laundry + Balcony | [SS] 888 Spire Pool Room. Place them onto the apartment lot as you see fit. The stairs will be gone, but I'll include a picture of the placement below; please use 'OGMA stairs' by qolygonal (included in CC folder). These are the stairs for each floor. The pool will disappear for the room, just place a pool down within the pool tiles! The bedroom duvet and pillows for some reason won't show up BUT it is included in the cc folder and the names are "January 2024 Bedroom - Middle Pillows" & "January 2024 Bedroom - Duvet." Place them on the bed, again my apologies, S4TI was giving me a hard time with getting it to show! ANY other questions, dm me or comment below. <3
*This apartment uses items from Cats & Dogs EP & Get Together EP (very minimal; as in you shouldn't be missing a whole room if you don't have these packs!)

How do I place the floors? Do I use an apartment or an empty space

when you download click on sims 4 folded and you are going to see a folder what says mods and tray . then your going to see numbers in the tray folder .so with simmerstephh download its going to say mod / trays on it just move trays into tray file then the mods in the mode folder
heyy, I downloaded the CCs and the Trays and put them in their files but I still don’t see the rooms in the gallery. What can I do?
Hi love! First, make sure they are in their respective folders (i.e., tray files in tray folder | CC --> no zips, no files other than ".package" should be in the mods folder). Once you've done that properly, you can open up your game and go to the gallery. Then, go to your library and check "include custom content" & "rooms" under room type. It should pop up. If you would like a better visual, I have a "how to download CC apartments" tutorial linked in the description above.
I looked ar the original built it has only one elevator im gonna try fix it
I did watch it and I notice i only have elevator and when I try to put in more thebspace for the top one have no flooring and I only get to place the bottom one but it not functioning
I did everything for the 888 spire apartment but the doors aren't placed right and it's difficult to find space to put the stairs so my sims cant get out the apartment
Hi, 1. The doors are definitely placed right but since it’s an apartment with rooms, it was required I uploaded it without the walls. You have to place the walls back to normal. This goes for any room/apartment you download. 2. I have posted several tutorials on my patreon showing how to place the apartment floors & walls, as well as the stairs.

hi love! since you’re the second person to complain about level 1 saying “script call failed,” I will reupload the tray files tonight. :) I’m unsure of what mod may be causing that bc I didn’t get that error message so hopefully this’ll fix it!
I tried placing the pool and I can’t idk y and I use bb.moveobjects
