hey, the instacart delivery is not working. every time i order instacart it does not come. yes i deleted the mac osx file and other file and i even moved the instacart file to the main kitchen tablet folder and still nothing. i tried ordering both on the phone and the tablet to see if that was the problem, but it still doesn't work and a LE pops up after I place my order.

You guys if you can’t open Instacart you have to remove the bacon I will remake it allegedly it has to do with The Royalty Pack and if you don’t own it. The pack is NOT required and never was but I have a feeling the bacon definition interferes with an in game object or code from the pack (shares the same ID) I will have to redo the recipes with bacon so it’s not top priority also pls make sure you have the updated ingredients or you won’t see the Hennessy new drink thank you for your attention to this matter 🙂‍↕️

Hi sorry to bother you but I’m having trouble purchasing the groceries through Instacart. I have the tablet and I can click on the instacart option but nothing pops up. I tried to do it through the run errands feature but that’s not working either. I only have the STP (groceries, the tablet and recipes) and lot51 installed right now. Is anyone else having that issue? I love your stuff so much and thank you for your hard work!

First I wanted to say I love your mods, and absolutely can not play my game without them, but unfortunately I've run into an issue; Express delivery used to work just fine for me, but suddenly it is not. I click on the app but it won't load so that my sim can order groceries. All the other apps and mods just fine and I don't have 'Zero's food delivery' mod. I deleted all the '.DS' out of my folder, but it just won't open/load. Any suggestions?

im having problems with this mod atm.. items not being delivered.. sometimes opening shopping app via phone crashes the game.

Hi. You are a talented creator and I love your mods. I do have one issue. When my sims use facial cleanser and lotions they fall asleep. I was wondering if this was just my game and a conflicting mod is causing this. Otherwise everything is good.

Hey I'm having issues with the kitchen tablet mod as well its causing my game to crash, I had someone help me figure out the issue and they said its the kitchen tablet mod, that something was missing but I redownloaded the mod this morning to make sure it wasn't an issue but it is. Hi - I hope you are well. I have updated my game and a fresh download of STP. Per the instructions, I ordered Instacart grocery delivery and it came; however, I don't have the option to unpack the groceries. Only "put in inventory" and once in inventory "place in the world." I also have a fresh version of Lot 51. I don't have any other food delivery mods, just your express delivery one. Can you advise what may be wrong?

Hiiii, i wanted to know why its not giving me the updated version of the table im only getting the old version. Ive went through my mod folder a couple of times and cant find the problem.

Thee kitchen Tablet has lots of good stuff on it, but when I place an order for food from some places , the delivery person put' s my order on the property and won't give it to me. Hi , so i just paid for the delivery mod and i followed every step to make sure i didn't do anything wrong. When i get my groceries delivered i cant unload or put them away it just says "put in inventory" or "place in world". I've deleted everything and redownloaded, im confused on where I went wrong

TO ANYONE WHOSE MODS AREN'T WORKING! PLEASE READ. You need to: 1. UNZIP THE FILE! If you aren't able to delete DS store or MACOSX it's because you haven't unzipped the mod file. DELETE THE MACOSX file that pops up and double-click on the "QMBiBi_Object_TheeKitichenTablet" file that pops up. 2. DELETE any DS store files you see inside the file you just double-clicked. If you get an error script message and your game won't open, it's because you haven't deleted ALL OF these files. KEEP IN MIND that MORE DS Store files can be hidden in folders inside the main mod file. You can either go through the folders inside the main mod file and delete the DS STORE files one by one... (The folders in this case would be "[QMB]TheKitchentablet_AddOns", "[QMB]TheKitchentablet_GrubhubDelivery," [QMB]TheKitchentablet_Memberships" ) OR (after you've unzipped the main mod file and double clicked on "QMBiBi_Object_TheeKitichenTablet" like I told you to in step 1) type into the search bar on the right: DS Store and delete the multiple DS store files that come up. 3. MAKE SURE TO DELETE THE OLD VERSIONS OF LOT51 AND INSTALL THE NEWEST VERSION OF LOT51, WHICH WAS UPLOADED SEPTEMBER 18TH. Hey! So I'm having this issue after the update where the grub hub delivery person will show up, and then wont deliver anything. They'll start using my household appliances or swim in my pool. In apartments, they stay downstairs or just stand on their phones. This happens majority of the time if I make an order back to back. (doesn't matter if its food or not, pertaining to the back to back orders.)

Now my new problem is that, when I order the bath and body works and my package delivers but i can't open it, only put it in my inventory. AND for the food and groceries the snacks like "cereals, Cheez-Its etc..." my sims cant eat it. It's like it resets my sims . But they can drink the drinks tho but can't eat the snacks.

I am trying to order pizza, but when i go to the pizza locations, there is no pizza available. I have the mod in game. I used to to be able to order it but I haven't been able to in quite some time. Anyone have a workaround or idea? Thanks!

Instacart now allows me to get the delivery (except alcohol but I have another mod for that so it’s okay) but with the cookbook most of the recipes don’t show as a option to cook but I have all the recipes

I have the SS cooking mod, it does not interfere with Qmbibi mod.

To Kris, that problem is a resource issue. Sometimes the game has trouble managing a large amount of items coming up in the cataloged. Even on my system is sometimes happens. This is the reason why Maxis limits the amount of items that you can buy at the stalls and stores. The best thing to do is to use the Windows key to get to the taskbar, select the sims icon and select close Window. This game will ask do you want to save say yes, and then the game will close. When you restart everything should be fine. If this persist make sure that you are not running a lot of other things, such as the browser when you play the game.

TwistedMexi mod is nice, but it is not perfect. It will often flag things that it just doesn't understand. His mods sometimes miss the mark. I am not having any issues with the tablet, and MCCommand does not report any problems. My suggestion is that you not rely on Mexi's mod.

I can't find where to post t the issues, so I am putting here. I did everything according to the NEW May instructions (all of the deletions ect) and the stirring pot book has disappeared, cannot locate in build mode, the sandwich maker is no op and I am getting a message from Better Exceptions from TwistedMexi: "You have multiple outdated or broken tuning mods. Possible Cause (Confidence: 100%): \![QMB]TheeKitchenTablet_Main.package." I will wait to see what is adjusted. Thank you for all you do. I am not complaining. You have created wonderful mods.

Same issue here. When ordering foods & wine, the delivery never shows up and i get a last exception pop up message.

I’m not sure what’s going on but this is the first time I’ve downloaded a mod update from qmb and it has caused such an error to my game, it now crashes whenever I launch. I’ve reinstalled everything, took out and scanned for DSstore files/Mac OS…deleted all old recipes, downloaded latest Lot51…and I can’t recover my game. When I downloaded the express delivery mod, my game won’t even get to the main menu now w/o crashing. I hate to take this out of my game permanently (if my save ever load again) but the problems it has caused is a little too severe. I really don’t think it’s a personal error, as there are several hundred comments stating a tuning/crashing issue. I hope qmb provides a fix soon. Until then I’m just going to wait it out

2 large orders from Chewy & Home Depot were delayed overnight and when they arrived they were empty shipping boxes with logos. It took my money.. 🤔 To run a test, I ordered only 1 item each and it arrived without any issues.

BEZA Ethiopian & Taste of Nigeria show up as blank catalogs when ordering.. I have the booths downloaded plus all ur recipes. I can not order anything from these restaurants to eat as delivery.

I downloaded parenthood and my game is updated with the clocks and burglar update but still not working I go and by the ingredients and when I click on what I want her to cook it goes and she cooks to like 90% of her being done then it just stop working/cooking all together leaving me the only option to clean it up

‼️‼️ For everyone thats saying Q's mods aren't working, they do work. UPDATE Lot51; be sure to delete the old Lot51 script! (‼️date for most recent: 4/14/25‼️.) Delete all of Q's OLD .package files. She mentioned on another post that she updated the files because of family secret recipes script thats with the business and hobbies update. So that mean we HAVE to delete all the recipes even the older ones. Hopefully your mods folder is organize 😢😢. In so many words on what i'm trying to say is that you have to do a revamp on your Qmbibi Folder, deleting everything and re-installing things back. I promise her mods work.‼️‼️

QMBIBI, can you please confirm if Thee Kitchen Tablet will be functional once I purchase the Parent Hood pack? The last version worked fine, but now that it has been updated with more requirements, I had to delete it as I don't have the Parent Hood pack. I love your work! I downloaded the mod and I realized alcohol was not arriving and certain food. The person said it was delivered but there was nothing at the door. So I ordered again and met them at the door and it disappeared. I added the delivery person to my home and opened their inventory. Tell me why do they have every item I ordered in their inventory? I hollered!! So of course I jumped her and had her drop all my stuff outside. If anyone is missing deliveries check the delivery person they might have it.

Hello. LOVE your mods. So, I've downloaded all the recipes, the stirring the pot cookbook, and deleted the d.store and the other folder and the struggle meals aren't showing up in my game. Is there something I'm missing? Do I need to add a microwave or can those meals be cooked on the stove? Thanks!

I just want to start off by saying I'm so in love with your mods! Can't get enough of your food content. I hope you don't mind me asking about Crumbl. It's not showing up on my kitchen tablet for delivery. i have the crumbl mod pack in my mods folder but it won't show up as an option on the tablet. i don't own all the game expansion packs so I'm wondering if I'm missing something because i haven't had any issues so far unless i don't own a pack the you specified. Any advice would be much appreciated and thank you for your wonderful work!! ETA: the two packs listed as needed are get together and get to work which i have.

everything on the tablet works for me except the instacart. as soon as it opens its just a blue tint. it was working before I updated to v5, any ideas as to what could conflict? I got rid of any other delivery mod and I have all of the required (and updated) files

Hey girly! I think im missing a pack but im not sure whenever I try to order the medicine like the Benadryl or even the toothpaste, mouthwash and those type of items it doesnt show up. Even if i use the bodega nothing will show up in my inventory and it only the medicine/health kind of items.

once i get my new pc soon i need to get ALL of this. this is a masterpiece. i just need to learn how to put this in my mods folder and how to organize it 😭

Also can I pick and choose recipes or products, e.g. say I didn't want any of the alcohol? And lastly are all your recipes compatible with EA's own ingredients or would I need your harvestables? - Or differently put, are all the groceries optional?

I think y’all got recipes from 2022 and earlier bc I see the notifs of y’all liking the old old shit. Those will definitely not work with where we are now. The zips for the recipes are linked on the cookbook page at the bottom. Some have their own pack requirements. Patreon now allows bulk post editing so eventually I will delete them, but even then the recipes zips are available to everyone and linked on the cookbook page. I don’t know why some of y’all can’t see the food and groceries, truly I don’t know. My admins can see it, I haven’t heard it in discord. As stated everything is in food and groceries. There’s no folders for anything. All the catering is in the main menu with the pictures. Instacart is the first one so you can see it. This post isn’t about the cookbook, so please stop commenting about the cookbook. The cookbook has been good for the last 4 months. I haven’t changed anything with it. What’s upcoming are just new foods that I’ve been adding. It is not broken. I use my delivery mods only. As far as I know there isn’t a conflict except for posssibly insimnia and their delivery. Again I don’t use it so I don’t know for sure. But I know many girlies who have mine hers and more with no issue for delivery. I hope this is helpful to y’all! 🙏🏾🙏🏾

I've never had issues with your mods/cc before but no matter where I place the new tablet for some reason my sim says they can't reach it when I open to cook something, also I got an exception for I believe the spinach dip & deviled eggs. lastly when I ordered a food delivery the sim said they delivered it but it wasn't anywhere on the lot. I'm wondering if maybe it's user error? thanks for your help.😊

Since downloading this version of the tablet, I ran into an issue where my game crashed anytime I loaded into a household with the cookbook in it and when I remove the mod (stirring the pot) from my folder I dont have the issue. not sure if its the actual cookbook or other mods conflicting with it but just thought Id leave this here

For some reason, when packages get delivered, they disappear when set down. Even when I accept delivery, sometimes the packages just disappear. Anyone else having this issue?

Hello love! I keep getting exceptions saying the this is broken.

I see a lot of other people are facing this problem but delivering with total wine or any alcohol interactions AT ALL are just not working. They have not been working for a minute and I was hoping that maybe this recent update would be the fix but unfortunately it isn't. I have checked all my folders and thoroughly followed instruction. Has anyone had the same issue and fixed it? Does anyone have a tip?

hi! i love this mod but recently I haven't been getting the instacart deliveries? they never show up. also, is the liquor functional without an additional pack or something? my sims have never been able to grab a serving from the bottle.

Currently, I am experiencing issues with the Grubhub delivery. Each time I order an item from Starbucks and/or Dunkin Doughnut via cell, the delivery sims would not appear at all. Also, when I order an item from Baskin Robbin from the Grubhubb app, I get a notification stating my 800-degree pizza will be there shortly. I had tried everything such as downloading the recipe, stalls, & etc but encountered the same issue. Please advise on how this can be fixed. Thank you!

hi for some reason every time i order from catering co, the delivery person will show up but when they put the catering delivery down or my sims accepts it, it just disappears 😭 it's not in any of my sims' inventories, household inventory, or the fridge. so i was just wondering if i did something wrong?

for some reason my instacart delivery menu doesn't look like the photo anymore. i tested with only your mods. there is no options for sorting the groceries if that makes sense? its just a list of all harvestables, ingredients etc but i used to be able to sort them. for example the photo above where you selected beer and wine and only those items show up. i tested with only your mods and the ability to sort the menu is gone for me.

Hey, every time I try to order alcohol from the tablet (total wine) nobody shows up to deliver it but the money goes. Also the Catering Co section only works for the desserts and steakhouse. Everything else gives me the last exception message.

Hi I am so sorry to bother, but even after updating everything, including the Crany Crab recipe(s), everytime my sim orders something from there and unloads to inventory, as soon as they/I place it in world to eat it, the food disappears, and the only option is to clean up. I LOVE this mod and all your creations and would really like to get this one working
