[D.O.C.E.] Request #002 - Cult of the Arkifane
I, Khyros of the Broken Sun Warband, Executor Primus of the Departmento of Chaos Efficiency, present to the High Council, as requested, the second requisition request for review. The request originates from one 0-Buck Larius, claiming to be affiliated with the Cult of the Arkifane, with only the Cult at large appearing loosely affiliated to the Black Legion.
Their request for an augmented Sonic Blaster, from the stock of the III. Legion no less, is laughably inadequate, given their dubious status in the eyes of the Despoiler. Furthermore, their ambitions are laughably vague, their form lacking and the mandatory stamp from the Dark Council of Arbitrary Denials wholly missing.
This is the second petition of many that shall come before the Departmento, and it is my duty to ensure that the unworthy receive censure, rather than mere dismissal.

To Larius 0-Buck, self-styled artificer and siege-ritualist under the eye of the Arkifane,
the Departmento of Chaos Efficiency extends its gratitude for your recent correspondence, rarely do we encounter a requisition so boldly phrased, so creatively reasoned, and so heroically divorced from operational plausibility. Your ambition, if not your station, is noted.
Your desire to requisition a Sonic Blaster, sacred instrument of the III. Legion and a weapon not issued lightly even within the Black Legion, has been reviewed at length. While your vision of weaponizing sound to sunder the will of the foe is, in abstract, appreciated, D.O.C.E. must respectfully decline the allocation of such a rare and volatile artefact to a warband of non-registered designation, under a petitioner's name more commonly encountered among the faithful auxiliaries than among those bearing strategic command.
However, the Warmaster does not deny initiative entirely. In recognition of your initiative, and in the spirit of encouragement afforded to all servants, bestowed upon the following gift as a gesture of strategic confidence and symbolic esteem:
one [1] Laud Hailer, Mark IX, a vocal-caster relic retrieved from a decommissioned XVII. Legion Rhino chassis.
Though it may differ in form from your original petition, this gift has been deemed more fitting to your station, your operational standing, and the expectations placed upon all servants of the Long War.
This gift is not to be regarded as a lesser tool, but as a token of trust, and an instrument of potential. The voice of the Warmaster, even in echo, carries further than the weapons of lesser men. As such, it is to be worn or affixed to your construct at all times. Let it speak for you when your own voice falters; let it remind others whom you serve when your works are tested.
Should this item be found misplaced, modified, or otherwise disrespected, the matter will be reviewed in full. After all, to mishandle a gift of the Black Legion, a gift of the Despoiler no less, is to question its judgment, and such questions are always answered.
Continue your endeavours, Larius 0-Buck. May your innovations sing louder than your ambitions.
In loyalty measured and indulgence extended,
— Khyros of the Broken Sun —
