the additional items are included in the zip file below.
this build should be compatible with Lot 51's Suite Life mod.
during the playtest, i personally experienced an indefinite loading screen as soon as i exited the lot after placing it down. therefore, you must follow these instructions precisely to prevent that issue. before placing down the build, you must bulldoze the existing build, set the lot type to spa, and then exit the lot. after that, re-enter the lot, place down the build, and then save your game immediately. if an indefinite loading screen still occurs, simply use Task Manager on Windows, or Activity Monitor on MacOS to force quit the game.
if you use a re/gshade preset that relies on FilmicPass.fx and intend to place the build down on that 50x50 lot in Wakaba district, i recommend this grass terrain replacement that i created to counteract the yellowness of the grass terrain caused by the said shader.
i do not guarantee that all the items used in this build are compatible with the Direct x11 version of the game.
