Raging Blast 2 PC Port — More New Slots Progress

Quick update on the New Slots system.

Custom costumes are now working properly, including everything up to the in-game side. The next step is creating their own profiles inside Ultimate Customize, so each new character can have its own customization data instead of relying on existing ones.

The 60 FPS implementation has also been consolidated and is now in a much better state. There have already been some performance improvements along the way, and maybe — there will be more optimization work coming soon.

I'm also going to start checking the possibility of supporting other graphics APIs, including DirectX 11, and seeing what makes sense for the PC Port going forward.

New Slots are slowly becoming a much more complete system, and I'll keep sharing progress as each part starts working properly.
