Raging Blast 2 PC Port - Custom Item Creator

Quick update!

I've been a little stuck with New Slots, so I decided to shift my focus for a bit and work on another part of the PC Port.

I'm currently finishing an expandable Items Creator, with support for creating new item categories and items for the menu. I'm also planning a dedicated tool to make the whole process easier for modding.

I'm still testing the limits and functionality of the system, and custom item effects will require more research in the future.

New Slots is still being worked on — this is just a small detour while I make progress elsewhere.
