RB2 PC Port New Character Slots - Development Progress

The new character slots menu is now complete.

The menu, slot structure, and visual side of the system are already working. The main remaining step is finalizing the execution side, allowing the game to properly load and use characters added through the new slot system.

Once this part is finished, development will move toward improving the issues reported in the Alpha, alongside new features and implementations for the PC port.
