Compatibility for existing PS3 mods on the PC version

Another milestone reached: you'll be able to use existing PS3 mods on the PC version via Modloader—though the build I'm releasing soon will only support character overrides.

Unfortunately, I have to delay the release until next week to fix a minor issue that cropped up during diagnostic builds.
