Raging Blast Mod Manager v0.10 Beta
How to Use — Raging Blast Mod Manager
Make a backup first
Before using the tool, make a backup of your original AFS and keep it somewhere safe.Separate your AFS files
Use this setup:
Clean/Base AFS = your original untouched backup Working AFS = the AFS inside your game folder
Select the Working AFS
In the tool, choose the AFS inside your game folder as the Working AFS.
This is practical because it is the same file RPCS3 will load when you test the game.Select the Clean/Base AFS
Choose your clean backup AFS as the Clean/Base AFS.
This is used to restore the Working AFS when using Clean Apply.Load the AFS List
Select:
rb2_afs_map.json
Replace a character
Go to Characters, select the character and costume/damaged version, then select:
IORAM _i SPR _s VRAM _v
Click Apply Selected Target.
I recommend using a profile.
Replace other files
For skills, movesets, effects, or other files, select the target, choose a Single File, then click Apply Selected Target.Use profiles
Profiles let you save mod setups.
Add mods to a profile, double-click mods to turn them ON/OFF, then click Apply Active Mods.Use Clean Apply
If Clean Apply is enabled, the tool restores the Working AFS from the Clean/Base AFS before applying a profile.
This helps prevent old mods from mixing with new ones.Export files
Right-click a character or file and choose Export Selected.
How to Use Profiles
Create a profile
Click New or New Profile and give it a name.Example:
DB Super Mods, Dragon Ball GT Mods, Custom Characters
Select a target
Choose the character, costume, skill, moveset, effect, or file you want to replace.Select the mod files
For characters, select:
IORAM i SPR s VRAM _v
For other files, select Single File.
Add it to the profile
Click Add Selected Target.
Give the mod entry a name so you can recognize it later.Example:
Goku Blue, Vegeta SSJ4, Goku SSJ4 Moveset
Turn mods ON or OFF
In the profile list, double-click a mod entry to switch it between ON and OFF.
ON = will be applied OFF = will not be applied
Apply the profile
Click Apply Active Mods.
The tool will apply only the mods that are marked ON.Use Clean Apply
Keep Clean Apply enabled if you want the tool to reset the Working AFS from your Clean/Base AFS before applying the profile. This prevents old mods from other profiles from staying mixed in.
Make different profiles
You can create separate setups like:
DB Super Mods, GT Mods, Movie Characters, Testing Mods, etc.
This makes it easier to switch between different mod packs without manually replacing everything again.
