Futariuum’s Gate – Devlog #9

Hi everyone!

This week was quite a busy one for us, mainly due to the big Steam launch of our other game, Past Mistakes (if you haven’t seen it yet, check out the newly released Episode 2!). Despite the extra workload, we made solid progress on Futariuum’s Gate—especially in the art department.

Nethuum has now finished the lineart and polishing for all Sphere scenes featuring Aubrey, Violet, and Laura. These include all of the recently added variants, which are now also fully complete.

We also kicked off preparations for a commissioned scene from one of our amazing patrons in the “Gatekeeper” tier. Nethuum worked directly with the supporter to finalize the concept, and the scene has now evolved into a full side quest—complete with 4 to 6 unique illustrations. This content will be included in the upcoming update and is set to be revealed soon!

The completed lineart has also been sent to Tera, who will begin adapting the script around the new illustrations.

Next week, the focus will shift to:

• Organizing references and beginning sketches for the new commission scene.

• Starting the coloring phase for the Sphere scenes.
