Air Traffic Control (ATC) monitors and manages air traffic to help avoid collisions and "deconflict the airspace" shared by aircraft. The New York pop-up was formally called the Donald J. Trump and Jeffrey Epstein Memorial Reading Room. It was organised by the Washington-based nonprofit Institute for Primary Facts, led by David Garrett, and opened at Mriya Gallery in Tribeca on May 8, 2026. The exhibition displayed roughly 3.5 million pages of released Epstein-related Justice Department records across 3,437 bound volumes, along with a Trump-Epstein timeline and a memorial using around 1,400 artificial candles to represent victims. Its main purpose was to make the scale of the files physically visible, keep the issue in the public eye and create pressure for further disclosure and accountability. In that sense, it was less a working archive than a political and media installation. The books were difficult to search, ordinary visitors could not freely examine them because of redaction concerns, and the display was designed primarily for visual impact. The political framing was also fairly obvious. Trump was placed at the centre of both the title and the timeline, while Epstein’s much wider network of political, financial and social connections received far less attention. Garrett had previously criticised Trump and said the Institute was partly inspired by anger over references to Trump’s impeachments being removed from a Smithsonian display. The board also included Democratic strategist Jenna Lowenstein and Mary Corcoran, who had been involved with an anti-MAGA former-Republican political group. That background does not make the underlying records false, but it does make claims of political neutrality difficult to sustain. The funding was also not especially transparent. The Institute had only recently been created, little donor information was publicly available, and Garrett said only that he had provided the initial funding. The project also used ActBlue to raise money for the installation and future exhibitions. The broad view in coverage was that the display was visually powerful and effective at conveying scale, but also clearly partisan, difficult to use as a genuine research archive, and better understood as an anti-Trump advocacy campaign built around authentic government records.

The Epstein Files are a joke at this point. There isn't anyone who is actually going to read all that, the media and lawmakers know this, so they can literally lie out their ass about it because no one will take the time to prove them wrong.
Pretty much. Anyone in the files can be made to look like a Pedo scumbag or an anti-Pedo saint depending on who is telling the story. In a blue area it will slant one direction, in a red area it will slant the opposite direction. Is telling Maxwell to stop a pedo move because it shows you know what they were doing, or is it an anti-pedo move because you were telling her to stop? Depends on who is writing the story.
Regarding the plane hitting the parasailer, small planes fly the lowest and commercial airliners fly much higher. She had to have jumped from a plane like the one that hit her. No one can tell what the full situation was and why the plane didn't see her and avoid her. She might want to look at it as a blessing that the plane didn't actually hit her and not her chute. Personally, I would never pay to jump out of a perfectly good airplane. Don't tempt fate.
