Speaking as a tech professional, it should absolutely be year-month-day (largest to smallest). Maintaining that format naturally sorts dates and makes comparisons easy. Also, let's be real about Chris Hemsworth - it doesn't need to be steroids. It's the fact that he's a very rich person who is literally paid to look like that. He undoubtedly has personal trainers, at least one personal chef, and lives a relatively stress-free life where he's essentially paid to work out.
