Writers Hangout | Library

I have wanted a modern library for so long, I have looked everywhere for one and have never found one to suit my save file. So in came my next build

This was built in mind for one of my sims who is a freelance writer, I use this lot as a place of work. I have it set on one of the penthouse lots, but you could easily place it on any lot

There are two offices upstairs

Library

Computer room

Cafe

Outdoor coffee stall for the warmer weather ( with seating )

A pool as honestly I was strapped on what to place here

And then there's a tennis court

I have included photos of the majority of the build, including what it looks like from the world map

I did not make the shell, the shell is by a creator on the gallery named DVRTHMOL

I have also tried to re use alot of the CC in here as I didn't want it to be too heavy in cc size

CC used is all inside a google drive folder along with the tray files, except from

The iron fence and teacup from Lijoue paris world mod which you can find here, I haven't included this as its still in early access

I will also mention that most of the CC that I have is in merged package files, hence the size of the folder. The majority of the CC used you will already have, creators like harrie, pierisim etc

Feel free to change up the swatches etc if you want too 🤍

NO TERMS OF USE

Just do not put behind a paywall or anything

Please delete the old tea pot in the google drive folder if you have downloaded this as for some reason it isnt working. I have remade the tea pot, attached below. You need wedding stories for the tea pot
