Something...

I would like to take this opportunity to express my endless thanks for supporting my activities to my general sponsors with the nicknames:

• MistressofTransformation

• Cimbri

Your support is very helpful and motivating!

Hi!

Today I am writing this text with tears in my eyes and sadness in my soul.

My friend who for many years helped me in my activities can no longer do so. He was my reliable support in content creation for many years, helped me without conditions and admonitions, and his help was invaluable. Plus, he has been my paid subscriber almost from the very beginning of my activity, and later became my general sponsor. I can safely say that he was, and still is, the perfect friend. This is despite the fact that he and I are strangers offline.

However, everyone's life is different, and every life is unique.

Recently, I received a message that he can no longer help me. His life circumstances have changed a lot.

I am very grateful for everything he has done for me. If it wasn't for his help, I don't know what kind of distress I would be in right now.

There is no point in talking about what happened now. The fact is that I am now all alone with my activities. Unfortunately, this fact was preceded by other failures related to the development and publication of the Final Exam game.

It is now safe to say that the light version of Final Exam was a complete failure.

Perhaps if I had not been under so much pressure from the publisher, and my financial situation had been better, and I had not been working three jobs, I would have been able to create a much better product. I had so many ideas for this game, and the game should have been much more interesting and diverse. All of these ideas were discarded at the insistence of the publisher, who assured me that the game would be a success without them. As a result, the publisher left, and the game is somewhere at the bottom of the rating.

In parallel with the drop in rankings, I am sadly seeing an exodus of my subscribers, indicating that my content is no longer of interest. Forgive me, but I unfortunately don't know how to fuel people's interest in my content. I create anime style images, and once upon a time people were interested in that. My images were always the main reward for supporting me.

Now I don't know what to offer in exchange for support on Patreon anymore. Judging by the churn of subscribers lately, people aren't interested in my images anymore. And it's not surprising, because nowadays any neural network is capable of generating content of much higher quality than what I create. And creating a game is a long and hard process. No one will just support the game development process. People are interested in the finished product, not the process of creating it.

Many people think that I just want to get rich from donations from subscribers. Believe me, it's not like that at all! I just want to create quality games. Believe me, making games alone is very, very hard. And it's many times harder if you're a single mom with two kids, working three jobs.

With the needed amount of material resources, I could hire freelancers who could do some of the work (like writing the story, or creating some graphics).

Over the years, there have been many people who have offered me free help. However, unfortunately, these people didn't stay for long. I won't write the details here. The fact is that I have no right to ask for anything from those who help me for free. However, without realizing it, I start to make strict and tough demands when I see that a person does something not what I need. Usually, people leave me at this stage. Or I leave when I realize that nothing will come out of this cooperation.

Alas, game development is not only the romance of creativity. To be more precise, it is not romance at all, but hard work with strict discipline and a lot of boring and routine things.

Only one person helped me for many years... Alas, nothing lasts forever ...

All this year, and almost all of the previous year, I worked at the limit of strength. It couldn't come without consequences. As much as I would like to, human capabilities are not infinite. I started having health problems. I feel completely devastated, burned out and morally crushed. In that state, I can't create any content.

But I'm not going to end my activities! I just need to take a little pause and think about what to do next.

So today I'm sharing the version of the game that was published on Japanese sites (in English). According to Japanese law, all 18+ content must be censored. Therefore, the censored version is being shared.

Patreon rules prohibit public links to uncensored content, so I'm publishing a direct link in a paid post. Those interested can find the Final Exam game on their own. The game is published on my itch.io account

The game is built for Windows computers, but there is a browser version of the game. Please note that the browser version of the game is about 200 megabytes, so it will take a long time to load. This version of the game requires high-speed Internet access. The game is controlled only by keyboard or gamepad. Touchscreen is not supported.

Minimum system requirements for Windows:

OS: Windows 10

Processor: Dual Core 2.4 Ghz

RAM: 4 GB RAM

Video card: Hardware Accelerated Graphics with dedicated memory

Disk space: 350 MB

DirectX: version 10

There may be issues with some discrete graphics cards on some laptops. If the game does not launch on your laptop, there are several ways to resolve the issue.

1. Please change the settings in the graphics card control panel so that the game runs in energy-saving mode.

2. If step 1 did not help, please disable the discrete graphics card through the Windows Device Manager and use the integrated graphics adapter.

I'm sorry, but I can't share the uncensored version. First, such a version of the game risks being removed by the administration of the site where it will be published. Secondly, despite the fact that the game turned out badly, a lot of time and effort was invested in this game. Developing the game has cost me a lot in terms of my health and vitality. And I would really like to see that compensated for at least a little bit.

I know that the uncensored version of the game will soon appear in the Internet. Maybe it has already appeared there. Especially since I know that some of my subscribers are sharing content intended to reward paid subscribers. Alas, there's nothing I can do about it, and nothing I can do to prevent it. And that's doubly sad.

What I need right now is a little break from my activities. Let it be a small rest for me, because I have been working without rest for many years.

I will be very grateful to everyone who will continue to support me. Believe me, it is very important for me and my children. But of course I am not forcing anyone to do this. It is purely voluntary!

I will be back in January 2026 with new strength and thoughts! However, it is possible that I will publish something before January... It's not certain though...

Many thanks to everyone who supports me.
