Give Toddler a Nap
Update 01/07/26
Updated for patch 1.125
This mod lets your Sims give toddlers a nap in their arms!
The interaction can be found under the “Toddler Care” pie menu and is only available to family members and caregivers
It restores a little more energy than the normal nap
Both the toddler and the Sim will receive a new buff. However, adult Sims with the Hates Children trait won't receive it:
This Sad buff is an integration with the RPO Mod. The parent will receive it if they have the Unwanted Child sentiment toward the toddler:
Yes, they can give a toddler a nap while carrying a sleeping infant on their back 🥰

Hi, ur mods are amazing, I made a german translation for this mod :) https://www.patreon.com/Hizina/posts/give-toddler-nap-169171894
Anyway to make it so sims can give infants a nap while standing like this? <3 I know other creators have similar mods but the adults are either sitting or napping with them, it would be wonderful to have an adult sim be able to let their infants fall asleep on them while chatting etc. Thank you!!
Hi! I didn't add this because you already can give infants a nap while standing or sitting, but I believe sims would need a special carry posture to chat while holding them
Hello, My name is Ryanne, and I absolutely love your mods! 😊 I noticed that there wasn't a Dutch translation available yet, so I decided to translate the mod myself. I have tested the Dutch translation in my own game, and everything works correctly on my end. If you would like, I would be happy to send you the translation file so that other Dutch-speaking players can enjoy your mod as well. Please let me know if you're interested, and I’ll gladly send you the file! Kind regards, Ryanne
Thank you! Yes you can send me or upload it somewhere and link it here

We need a sitting down lap nap next but I love this mod as well
Yes, I tried that, but unfortunately the game won't let Sims sit down while carrying toddlers 😔 Maybe I'll find a workaround
Great!! Thank you!
