Bargain Bend (Residential Rental)
The Singleton and Tyler Households are shared via 'Residential Rental'. This lot was designed to replace the 'Bargain Bend' lot in Willow Creek. The Singleton's live in the white/green home, and The Tyler's live in the white/red home. There are furnished and unfurnished versions of this lot. All “unfurnished” homes are move-in ready (including kitchen appliances, electrical outlets, fire detectors, thermostats, water pumps, security alarm systems, doorbells, laundry appliances, toilet roll holders, and even plaster and popcorn ceilings). 🤎

Thank you!! :)
Hey Sims sis, quick question. If I delete my mods folder and re-download the save file you created along with the attached CC folder, I should be fine as long as I include the CC file when downloading your Sims, right? When I load into your save, it won’t show anything as missing, correct?
Hey sis! Sorry for the late reply - but yes! I have included all of the custom content files needed for all lots 🤎
Oh I love this one! Thank you for sharing :)
Thank you, Holly! 🤎
