Day in the Life: The Tyler Family
Trigger warning? Grief. Let's take a glimpse into the life of the Tyler family from Adrienne's POV:
"Two years later and it still feels like yesterday. I mean, don't get me wrong- some days are better than others. But, today? Not so great. Aaron's teacher said that he was "acting out" (whatever that means) in class today. That's just not like him. At first, I thought his teacher was just singling him out. The more I think about it, I wonder if he's just expressing sadness. I know he misses you. We all do. He's been handling this whole thing so well. I mean, until now. I wonder if he's just now realizing that you're not coming back this time. You remember, Lydia? She taught me some breathing techniques to help with anxiety. They have been working, kind of. You just inhale... then exhale. Inhale. Exhale. Inhale. Exhale."
