Coming in 0.3.0: last call at the nightclub, drinks, and slurred words

Hello everyone!

The nightclub will finally feel like a real night out. In the next update the people you meet there won't all be stone cold sober anymore.

Here's what will change once the drinks start flowing:

• NPCs at the club will be tipsy, drunk, or wasted to varying degrees, and you'll see their state right under their name when talking to them.

• Being drunk will lower their guard. The tipsier they are, the more likely they'll agree to hang out, kiss, go on a date, or open up about personal things they'd normally keep to themselves. It will even help with people who are taken or have the prude trait, so enough drinks will tip the odds with almost anyone.

• Speaking of buying, you'll be able to order drinks for whoever you're hanging out with to loosen them up further. Push it and they'll build a tolerance over time, so the regulars will need a few more rounds to feel it.

• And my favorite part: drunk people will actually sound drunk. The more they've had, the more their words will slur, with stretched vowels, dropped letters, the odd lost thought, and a hiccup here and there. It will work on your own character too once you've had a few.
