This build is UNFURNISHED. It has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The first floor has a living room, bedroom, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, powder room, garage, and a full backyard with a pool. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms including the primary bedroom.
New Build will be posted on 12/06/2025 and it will be fully furnished. The build after that will be posted on 12/13/2025 and it will be fully furnished also.

1. Unzip the file
2. Insert CC files into your Mods Folder (If you don't want merged files in your game, you can simply unmerge them using SIMS4STUDIO or omit them in general. However, you may have missing items)
3. Insert TRAY files into your TRAY Folder
I sometimes use the same CC, so please make sure you’re checking that. Just make sure you don’t have duplicate files using MOD MANAGER.
Make sure you have BB.MOVEOBJECTS on before placing this lot as things may be out of place.
If you don't want merged files in your game, you can simply unmerge them using SIMS4STUDIO.
I removed the vehicles to save on download space. They’re by Breeze Motors. I kept the daycare vans though.
ROUTING ISSUES:
If your sims can't move around something you will have to delete the object that's keeping them from moving around it. Possibly a coffee table or ceiling fan.
DO NOT claim any of my builds as your own. This includes changing things and reuploading my build claiming as if it is your build.
