3000 TERRACE PLC | 6 UNITS 2BR/1.5BA | 40x30 LOT | w/ download link + tour ✨| 4.11 GB
This build is a 6-unit Residential Rental Build. Each unit has been separated by me. So, all you have to do is place the lot on an empty residential rental lot. I furnished units: 1A, 2A, & 3A.
Unit 1A: Furnished for a family of twin girls and an infant baby with plentyyy of clutter in this unit. Tiktok Tour
Unit 2A: Furnished for a single mom of twin toddler boys. (tour)
Unit 3A: Furnished for a single male and has a very masculine appeal to it. (tour)
Units 2A & 2B have no clutter due to the main unit 1A having majority of it.
1. Unzip the file
2. Insert CC files into your Mods Folder (If you don't want merged files in your game, you can simply unmerge them using SIMS4STUDIO or omit them in general. However, you may have missing items)
3. Insert TRAY files into your TRAY Folder
I sometimes use the same CC, so please make sure you’re checking that. Just make sure you don’t have duplicate files using MOD MANAGER.
Make sure you have BB.MOVEOBJECTS on before placing this lot as things may be out of place.
If you don't want merged files in your game, you can simply unmerge them using SIMS4STUDIO.
I removed the vehicles to save on download space. They’re by Breeze Motors. I kept the daycare vans though.
ROUTING ISSUES:
If your sims can't move around something you will have to delete the object that's keeping them from moving around it. Possibly a coffee table or ceiling fan.
DO NOT claim any of my builds as your own. This includes changing things and reuploading my build claiming as if it is your build
Thank you to all the creators who make my builds possible! I take no credit for the CC used in my builds.
