OUR BIRTH CENTER
Hi y'all! I have many upcoming births in my save files and I really wanted a change of scenery from my usual birthing experience with my sims. I intended this lot to be for myself, but I know so many of you would enjoy having it in your game as well! I also hit 8,000 subs on YouTube so this a gift from me to you all! !!!PLEASE READ BEFORE DOWNLOADING!!!!
There are two lots: San Myshuno Location and Newcrest Location (Medical Clinic Lot). The San Myshuno Location is meant to be a Residential Lot and for Storytelling purposes. Therefore, some interactions e.g. (Lamaze Classes, Ultrasound, Hospital Bed for Pitocin, bloodwork, epidural) may give you LE's if you use them on a NON-MEDICAL CLINIC LOT. If there is a sim in the doctor career on the lot, they will be able to perform these interactions for you though.
The bed birth and water birth will work as long as you have set the lot type to Residential.
The Medical Clinic Lot is designed to be fully functional so the Ultrasound, Hospital Bed, Pap Smear and the rest of the interactions from the Childbirth mod will work here. Except for the bed and water birth options. DO NOT USE THEM THERE. If you would like your sim to give birth at the Newcrest Location, there is a 4th Suite where there is enough room for the exam bed/surgery machine for you to do so.
Please, make sure you enable "include custom content" when searching your gallery. This build was also placed with bb.moveobjects on so enable the cheat before placing.
!!How to Place The Lot!!
Make sure you enable the cheat “bb.enablefreebuild on” when visiting the hospital lot that came with GTW. Open buildbuy, open your gallery and simply place the Lot down.

Hi, I think something is wrong with those downloads... The one that's supposed to be a medical clinic wants to place as residential and can't function because a lot of medical stuff is missing and the other download doesn't even have tray files? Just wanted you to know this <3
Hi, I just checked both downloads, and there is nothing wrong with either one. Both folders have the tray files inside of them, and you need to read the post on how to properly place down the medical clinic lot and re-download the "ChildBirth Mod" because that is where the medical items are from. I can't do anything about cc not showing up in your game.

This is a simfileshare issue, or a network issue. I am able to download and access the links just fine.
I love this ! but for some reason even after downloading all of the cc listed alot of it doesnt show up in game
If the lot is still missing items when you place it down, then you do not have all the cc.
