90% of the people who play this game started playing it because they hate Kirito and want to see him suffer, and this is a good game for that. Those 90% started liking Inoda precisely because he steals Asuna from Kirito since the first game. Inoda is the protagonist for the audience. I understand that the game needs to have that bad ending that was created and also the "neutral" ending where Kirito doesn't lose Asuna, but the ending everyone expects is the "good ending" where Inoda steals all the girls for himself, and that's the ending that should be better developed, because we're here to see the NTR that Kirito will suffer at the hands of the true protagonist.

I do like the gloryhole or onahole idea for asuna. However if you feel that doesn't work for her character in real life you might be able to manage it in FOG I believe the undercity had a place for it so it could be easier to implement that area for it. Maybe a bet or dare with inoda gone wrong or simply getting caught by bandits or something similar to what you used in part 1 could work. Maybe the person who saves her from being a gloryhole is inoda after using her a few times himself of course.
