I did my first playthrough of this update with pure love relationship with Asuna, none of the perks updated, but when I re-played with the more corrupted relationships, they all showed up.

In the hotel with the Inoda/Asuna blowjob scene. When you are released from interacting with the front desk staff and move around, if you go into menu and exit it will convert the blowjob scene. So you don't see the BJ, but do see Inoda groping Asuna's ass.

Evening after overtime on the streets, called Asuna, entered apartment, tried to go back to the map, game is currently in a dark screen and locked. Refreshing/reloading from auto-save does not resolve the issue, have to reload from another save point.
In the theater part of 7/12. The Asuna & Inoda screen on the top left becomes so big it is hard to find the stairs to continue.
I noticed this happens only if you open the menu up and then close it.

Perk "Interlocking Lips LV2" didn't unlock.
Not a bug but request. Change "sefure" to "Sex Friend" or "Pretend Girlfriend". It is not a common word and people might not understand unless they googled it.
The new Liz event is not in the Recollection Room.

you could download NW.js win32 project and put www folder in game to the win32 project, also need to copy package.json in the game to your win32 project
In the trial with the spike floors, if you step on a of the left most spikes from the right or the right most spikes from the left, you cannot move anymore. It has to be the left or right spikes and from the opposite direction for the lock to happen.
