I’ll explain the concept of Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, which suggests we have different 'parts' or archetypes within us. 🧐

I'll be creating a soundtrack of mantras and stories about some of my own internal archetypes to help me through this journey, and I'm interested to hear if these resonate with you as well. 🥰😘😘
