Hey guys. I think I’m finally ready to show you a little piece of the chaos I now call “my new home”. Just a tiny piece, because my nervous system has limits and this apartment seems determined to drag me through every stage of acceptance.

Right away: this is not the final result. It’s not even the middle. It’s the pilot episode of a series called “Valeriya vs. Interior Design”.

Take the small bedroom. For some mysterious reason, two of the walls are covered with wallpaper. Why? No idea. Maybe the previous tenants were running psychological experiments. I’m taking them down and painting everything white. White means hope. And also means that I’m tired of living inside color choices I never agreed to.

The bathroom is next. It’s orange. So orange that every time I walk in, my brain screams “wrong door!”. Next week I’m starting the rescue mission.

The living room will have a shelving divider. For now it looks like a puzzle from The Sims, but I’ve got a Pinterest reference in my head, so everything is under control.
Well… almost.

Honestly, this is one of the hardest apartments I’ve ever tried to make cozy. I’m exhausted like I’ve just finished a survival quest called “Interior Edition”. But the finish line is close. If the universe doesn’t throw another plot twist at me, I’ll be done by New Year’s. And next year I want to dive back into creativity. This year was too heavy; I refuse to carry it further.

Speaking of creativity: the calendars! I picked up the test print yesterday and it looks great. The quantity will be limited, so if you want one grab it fast. They’re different from the ones I made before. I think I’ll open orders next week.

And I’ve also decided to save up to restore my account (valeriya.sg). 1300 dollars sounded like “absolutely not”. But then I thought: if I survived the orange bathroom, I can survive working more deliveries. So I’ll push harder, save money, and bring at least one account back to life in 2026.

I also want to finish my tarot deck. If the new year won’t bring magic by itself, I’ll just make some.

For now, here are photos of the living room. This is just the beginning. Soon there will be the shelving divider, shelves, paintings, and later — the bathroom transformation. Renovation officially begins. You’re helping me choose colors, by the way. I’m drowning in shades of olive, beige, and hope for a better future.

If any of you have experience painting bathroom tiles, please share. I want to know exactly how much I’m risking my sanity.

Now come see what I’ve managed to do so far.
