This week the call center gave me two long shifts back to back and by the second one I honestly felt like part of my brain just left the building. I came home, didn’t even change clothes, sat on the floor and played some random video on YT with the sound almost off because I couldn’t handle more noise.
Not because I don’t care… just because my head feels too full and too empty at the same time. Depression is dumb like that.

I’m trying to come back properly now. Also I’ve had the same song on repeat for like 10 hours straight and I’m not even mad about it.
